The Council Rock North girls’ volleyball squad is looking for several additional junior varsity teams to participate in the 2009 Rock North Invitational. The tournament will be held Saturday, October 3, at Council Rock North High School.
The purpose of the junior varsity tournament is to provide a competitive experience for developing players as they benefit from continual practice throughout the day. Last year’s tournament featured 16 teams, and each team played a minimum of 12 games. The winning team will receive a team trophy and individual medals.
