Continental Conference Millennium Administrators Highlighted Players
Jack Hamilton, Junior, Central Bucks East High School
Note from the coach:
“Jack is one of those players that keeps a coach excited about coming to the gym each day,” coach Erik Henrysen said. “Jack’s skill set, athleticism and length support the idea that there really is no ceiling to how good Jack can be. He’s a pleasure to coach and he’s an unbelievable teammate. Jack has developed into one of the better players in our league. He is receiving D I interest on the baseball diamond. Yet, Jack remains modest and humble. Jack is actually young for his grade but he has been developing into a leader. We can’t wait see Jack continue with the growth process.”

John Hackendahl, Senior, Central Bucks South High School
Note from the coach:
“John went from a player who had doubts about continuing his basketball career after sophomore year to developing into a great leader and hard worker,” coach Jason Campbell said. “He became a key player this past offseason and became our voice by constantly communicating on defense. His energy on the floor became contagious, and it gave everyone the confidence to defend as a unit. Because of the success we experienced midway through the summer, we felt we would have a successful season and not a rebuilding one. When we lost John to injuries during season, it hurt the entire team as you can't replace his intangibles. He left everything out on the court and never took plays off. His final game and his final play is proof of that by giving up his body for the team and taking a charge.”
About John:

Part of the game I enjoy most: Game days and being with my teammates every day.

Four people (dead or alive) I’d invite to a dinner party: Lebron James, Kevin Hart, Bryce Harper and Carson Wentz
Zach O’Connor, Senior Central Bucks South High School
Note from the coach:
“Zach has waited the past couple seasons to be our starting point guard,” coach Jason Campbell said. “He worked hard to improve his game and handling pressure situations. He is a feisty player who loves playing defense and making good use of his quickness. Zach was great working a five-count on his opponents. His full court vision and creation of passing lanes set up his teammates for easy scores. At times, I couldn't believe what he just created for his teammates. Zach was plagued with injuries during his career, and this season, unfortunately, he suffered a spiral fracture when diving for a loose ball in practice. He practices every day as if it were game day. Zach continued to mentor teammates while he was injured and helped put them in a position to be successful. I admire his toughness by coming back for the last regular season game, which was earlier than his doctor predicted. His skill set, basketball IQ, and tenacity were truly missed the last four weeks of the season.”

Tommy Doughty, Senior, Souderton Area High School
Note from the coach:
“Tommy is one of our senior captains,” coach Tim Brown said. “He’s a really resilient kid. He tried out freshman and sophomore year and didn’t make the team either year but came back his junior year to all of our open gyms, all of our offseason stuff and made it last year. The first two years he tried out I don’t know if he was there skill-wise, but going into his junior year I kind of realized if you have a high character kid , a kid that everybody loves to be around, skill honestly doesn’t matter. You’ve got to keep those types of kids. That’s who Tommy is. The guys just love him. He just does an unbelievable job. We always talk about being a hero in your role, and Tommy takes whatever role he’s given, and he’s always a hero in it. He just kind of runs with whatever he’s given. He’s been awesome for us this year. I don’t know what we’re going to do without him next year, honestly, because there’s no energy, love for team and teammates type of guy like that. He’s such a vital part of our team even if he’s not giving points, rebounds or anything like that. He’s just a huge part of this. He’s awesome.”
About Tommy:
Best memory playing basketball: Playing SHYBA and winning the ICBA championship.
Part of the game I enjoy most: The team aspect and winning as a team, the fact that anything can happen on any given night.

Favorite food: Steak (Filet Mignon)
Favorite TV show: Get Up (on ESPN)
Four people (dead or alive) I’d invite to a dinner party: Reggie Miller, Larry Bird, Tom Izzo, Coach K.
American Conference Millennium Administrators Highlighted Player
Drew Stover, Junior, Upper Dublin High School
Note from the coach:
“Drew has had a great season for us in a number of ways,” coach Chris Monahan said. “He's increased his scoring and his rebounding from last year, averaging nearly 20 points and 10 rebounds a game. Those are impressive numbers, but even more impressive because he's been able to do that with other teams loading up their defenses against him. He has also done a great job becoming a leader for us. His attitude is great. He takes responsibility for mistakes. He supports his teammates. And he works hard. He's doing all of this in his junior year and, in my eyes, is really just beginning to tap into his potential as a player and a leader. And I think he is beginning to realize that as well, so it's going to be exciting to see how he continues to grow and maximize his abilities on and off the court.”
About Drew:
Best memory playing basketball: My first in-game dunk
Part of the game I enjoy most: Being a part of a team and working together with all five guys on the court
My role models are: Both of my parents have always inspired and supported me through life and sports.
Favorite music: Alternative Rock
Favorite food: Pretzels
Favorite TV show: The Office
Four people (dead or alive) I’d invite to a dinner party: Logic, Mark Hamill, Steve Carell, Rainn Wilson
