North Penn vs Upper Dublin
North Penn went to Willow Grove to face Upper Dublin in their rescheduled make up match and both the girls and boys were victorious winning 4 games to 0. Both the Maidens and Knights go into the last week of regular season play holding onto first place in their division. A busy week for most with most teams still having rescheduled games.North Penn bowls Monday Tuesday and Wednesday barring any cancellations.
The Maidens were led by Gabby Verrillo bowling in the anchor position due to a lineup change and having a superb night with games of 175-170-and stringing six strikes in a row for a 225 for a 570 series.Kristina Turner chipped in with a 189 and Kelci Beatty had a 175.Upper Dublin's Denise Weinberger was top for the lady Cardinals with a 498 series.
The Knights struggled at Thunderbird lanes today not having their best scores but did enough to win all games even though the second game was won by only 25 pins. Multiple substitutions were made during the match and Tyler Sharpe was the most consistent of the night with games of 194-205-206 for a 605 series. Other good scores were by Jimmy Ullman 222 , Colin Nast 213 and Lucas Denton 192. Bowling for Upper Dublin two teammates tied for the high series with a 517,Jacon Ginn 213 game and Andy Karz 186.
