Good afternoon.......the Quakertown Community HS Cross Country teams were shut out (15-50) vs Central Bucks West, on a very muddy HOME course @ Memorial Park. In the BOYS race the visitors placed the first seven across the finish line before the first Panthers runner, led by senior Logan Brezner (19:40), followed by senior Nick Yeatman (20:05), junior Sam Barndt (20:12), the top 5 were filled by two freshmen, David Pyfer (20:21), John Juszynski (20:26).
In the GIRLS race, Central Bucks West placed the first eight across the finish line, before the first Panthers runner, led by sophomore Emily Maceri (23:52), followed by junior Ashlyn Hickey (26:00), sophomore Paige Daugherty (26:15), with sophomores Rylie Murphy (26:44), & Holly Smith (26:44) filling out the top 5.
Our next dual meet will be on the road vs Pennridge, on Wednesday, 9/26 @ 3:30PM.
