Here are the results of today's Snowball Tournament:
The Neshaminy Girls Bowling Team spent their day off today competing in the annual Snowball Classic. Out of a field of 25 teams, the girls placed 2nd in the qualifying round with a four game total pin count of 3551. Manchester Township placed first, Little Flower was third, and Council Rock South placed fourth. Then it was on to the semifinals with the first place team playing the fourth and the second place team playing the third in a Baker style format. Neshaminy defeated Little Flower by a score of 377 to 302. They then met the number one seed, a New Jersey powerhouse who defeated Council Rock South. Neshaminy girls defeated Manchester by a score of 409 to 345 to win the tournament title for the third time.
BreAnna Episcopo was named to the All-Tournament team with scores of 190, 230, 246, and 213 for an 879 series. Her average for the day was a 219.
