NESHAMINY 3, WILLIAM TENNENT 2 (25-19, 17-25, 25-17, 19-25, 7-15)
The Redskins rallied from a 2-1 deficit to earn the big win. Kody Naylor led the attack with 15 kills, and Ryan Jamison added 12. Kevin Thomas had six kills and Zach McGowan added four. McGowan also had 29 assists for the Redskins, who improved to 4-2 on the season.

BENSALEM 3, ABINGTON 2 (25-20, 25-14, 17-25, 25-27, 16-14)
The Owls won the first two games of Thursday’s match and then had to hold off a determined Ghost squad.
“We fell apart in game three when a brand new rotation was being experimented with,” coach David Trotta said. “Abington took advantage of this to win the game.”
The Ghosts jumped out to a big lead in game four, but the Owls rallied to knot the score 20-20, 21-21, 22-22, 23-23, 24-24 and 25-25.
In game five, the tables were turned as the Owls opened up an early lead only to watch the Ghosts fight back.
“While it was a heated match, there was nothing but positive sportsmanship and mutual respect on both sides,” Trotta said.
Rikesh Patel had a big match for the Owls, contributing 20 assists, six kills and one ace. Daveshu Patel had a team high eight kills while Neel Patel and Victor Bykovsky both had seven kills. Neel Patel also had a pair of aces. Karan Rao had six kills, and Sheel Patel had five kills.

SOUDERTON 3, CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 1 (25-18, 25-20, 15-25, 25-18)
Andrew Diesel (16 kills) and Chris Kluka (15 kills, two blocks) had monster games at the net for the Indians. Ryan Davison added eight kills. Greg Mazza led the defense with 11 digs while teammate Brett Rawa added eight digs.
For the Patriots, Kyle Dolf had six kills, eight assists, three aces, five blocks and three digs. Nick Bennett added seven kills, two blocks and three digs. Colby Talia anchored the Patriots’ defense with six digs.
The Indians upped their league mark to 5-1 (5-2 overall) while the Patriots fell to 2-4.

PENRIDGE 3, CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 0 (25-21, 25-12, 25-18)
Erik Moyer led the Rams at the net in Thursday’s sweep of the Bucks, contributing 14 kills and four blocks. Derek Rush added eight kills and seven digs while Kalin Nelson added seven kills and seven digs. Ryan Chinnici had five kills, three aces and three blocks, and Mike Bollinger had three kills and three blocks. Austin McVaugh had 34 assists, and Christian Lizana had 14 digs for the Rams, who improved to 7-0.
