NESHAMINY 3, COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 2 (25-21, 22-25, 24-26, 25-17, 16-14)
The visiting Redskins rallied from a 2-1 deficit to win the next two sets in a five-set thriller Tuesday.
"Great battle tonight against a very tough CR North team that challenged us for every point,” Neshaminy coach Pat Klingerman said. “We need to do a better job staying focused throughout the match and battling for every point during the game. Our guys can do it, we just need to push ourselves to be our best.”
John Nice (17 kills, 3 aces, 5 digs, 2 blocks), Brandon Sloskey (15 kills, 13 digs, 1 ace, 2 blocks, 2 assists) and Beknazar Baiyashbekov (12 kills, 8 digs, 3 aces, 2 assists) all had stellar outings at the net. Setter El-Mansu Sagalive handed out 49 assists and also had five aces, two kills, three digs and four blocks. Toby Kovaschetz was a catalyst on defense with 13 digs. Aiden Hastings (1 ace, 4 kills, 1 dig, 1 block) and Jackson Young (3 kills, 4 blocks) also made important contributions.
Neshaminy (1-1 SOL) will host William Tennent on Thursday, and Council Rock North (2-3, 1-1) will host Cheltenham on Thursday.
BENSALEM 3, COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 0
The Owls swept the visiting Golden Hawks for their third win in a row.
Dev Patel (6 kills) and Jack Wineburg (5 kills 2 blocks) led the attack. Rohan Patel (2 aces) served well for the Owls
Bensalem (3-1, 2-1 SOL) will travel to Pennsbury on Thursday, and Council Rock South (0-4) will host Abington on Thursday.

Matt LaBouliere turned in a standout effort to lead the Patriots to the hard-fought win over the visiting Cardinals, finishing with 17 kills, seven assists, 16 digs, four blocks and three aces.
AJ Helveston added 10 kills and 13 digs for a double-double of his own, and Justin Berger had nine blocks, four kills and two digs. Aiden Leichter (33 digs) and Steve DiRugeris (14 digs) led the Patriots’ defensive effort. Setter Ryan Coxey had 25 assists, two aces and three digs. Also contributing were Reid Miller (4 kills, 2 digs, 1 ace), Pat Haurin (1 kill, 2 blocks), Ethan Scott (1 kill, 2 blocks) and Sean Figus (5 digs).
For the Cardinals, Terrell Turner (17 kills, 4 aces), Gabe Copley (13 kills, 7 blocks) and Landon Kulllmann (12 kills, 5 digs) were forces at the net. Setter Cole Brown handed out 33 assists and also had four kills, five digs and one ace. Dominick Plaku led the defense with 12 digs, two kills and three assists, and Cory Pendleton added 10 digs, four kills, two aces and seven assists. Seamus Frayne finished with four kills, three blocks and three digs.
Central Bucks East (2-2, 2-1 SOL) will travel to Pennridge on Thursday, and Upper Dublin (2-2, 1-2) will be on the road at Quakertown Thursday.
CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 3, SOUDERTON 1 (25-19, 25-18, 20-25, 25-22)
The Bucks notched a four-set win over the visiting Indians.
Cooper Tyksinski (11 kills, 2 blocks), Oliver Hu (9 kills) and Dean Nguyen (7 kills, 5 digs) led a balanced West attack at the net. Caleb Woodring’s 15 digs led the defense, and setter Liam Boyle had 21 assists and four aces. Hayden Morocco added two kills and two blocks.
For the Indians, Jake Halteman (15 kills), Ian Nice (14 kills, 6 blocks, 2 aces), Derek Gilmore (5 kills, 6 blocks) and Matt Quizon (6 blocks) had big nights at the net. Levi Leatherman was credited with 39 assists.
Central Bucks West (3-2, 2-1 SOL) will be on the road at North Penn Thursday, and Souderton (2-1) will host Central Bucks South Thursday.
PENNRIDGE 3, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 0 (25-20, 25-19, 25-22)
The visiting Rams notched a sweep of the Titans to earn their third conference win without a loss.
Setter Evan Jalosinski was credited with 28 assists. He spread the ball around to Logan Jaloskinski (7 kills, 2 aces), Jude Rotondo (6 kills, 3 aces), Thomas McKinney (5 kills, 8 digs, 2 aces), Bryce Ammon (5 kills, 3 blocks), Chris Cullen (3 kills, 3 blocks) Aaron Ladd (3 kills, 2 blocks) and Gavin Stayer (3 kills, 2 aces). Pharaoh Dale had five digs.
Pennridge (3-1, 3-0 SOL) will host Central Bucks East on Thursday, and Central Bucks South (1-2) will be on the road at Souderton on Thursday.
NORTH PENN 3, QUAKERTOWN 2 (25-14, 27-29, 25-17, 19-25, 15-11)
The Knights edged the visiting Panthers in a grueling five-set match.
For the Knights, the middle attack was effective as middle Jack Woodland led the Knights with 13 kills, and middle Caden Wine added nine kills. Junior Setter Aaron Birkmire added 18 assists and four kills. Cullen McCann contributed nine digs, and seven kills.
For the Panthers, Owen Williams led the way with seven kills, four aces and 17 digs. Tyler Moyer added six kills, one ace, seven assists and six digs, and Owen Reinford had four kills, one ace and nine digs. Anthony Clark was credited with 15 digs, and Rhenan Ferreira contributed one kill, one ace, eight assists and seven digs. Also contributing were Alex Alfaro-Diaz (3 kills, 3 digs), Rhauan Ferreira (1 kill, 1 ace, 3 digs) and Sean Ievers (1 kill). The Panthers received strong serving from Sean Gillin.
North Penn (2-2, 1-2 SOL) will host Central Bucks West on Thursday, and Quakertown (0-3) will host Upper Dublin Thursday.
