ABINGTON 3, BENSALEM 1
The Ghosts celebrated Senior Night by picking up their first win of the season. Dillon Tranquillo led the Ghosts with 13 kills, 11 blocks and three digs. Robbie Karalius led the defense with 23 digs. Marquis Cofer had four kills and nine digs, and Charlie Sabach had three kills, eight digs, 13 assists and four blocks. Pat Benetz had eight blocks and 13 assists, and Brien Cullen had nine blocks.
PENNSBURY 3, NESHAMINY 0 (25-17, 28-26, 25-22)
The Falcons (14-0, 12-0 SOL) closed out a perfect regular season with a sweep of the Redskins. Chris Spano (nine kills, zero errors, .500, three digs, one block) and Spencer McCullough (nine kills, .667, two blocks) led the Falcons at the net. Jeff Yasalonis had another big night, contributing two kills, 34 assists, three digs and one block. Troy Pereira had 11 digs while Nick Helsel (five kills, one ace, two digs, three blocks), Pat Merrick (seven kills, 11 digs, one block) and Sean Kropp (eight kills, five digs, one block) also made important contributions.
For the Redskins, Zach McGowan (eight kills, two blocks, five digs) and Ryan Jamison (nine kills, one block, nine digs) led the way. Chase Fullen had 25 assists and two blocks, and Steve Stressman added three aces, one block and four kills. Steve Compton contributed five kills and four blocks, and Mike Gulla had three kills and two blocks. Wes Roy had six digs.
CHELTENHAM 3, UPPER DUBLIN 0 (25-23, 25-20, 25-22)
The Panthers won their second match in as many days on Wednesday, sweeping the Cardinals. Brett Mayne had 11 kills, two aces and 10 digs, and Brandon Smith added nine kills. Ben Doyle had eight kills and six blocks, and Joe Woodson had seven kills. Chris Myarick added six kills. Donald Le led the defense with 18 digs while Sam Spector had 11 digs.
COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 3, COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 1 (25-12, 25-13, 20-25, 25-17
Chris Richards had 12 kills to go along with two aces and six digs to lead the Indians. Dan Rafalovitch had 38 assists and two aces. Andy Van Thuyne led the defense with nine digs. He also had a pair of aces. Jeremy Higgins had six kills and Austin Fuglestad, four kills.
Nick Christodoulou led the Golden Hawks with 10 kills and 12 digs.
CHRISTOPHER DOCK 3, WILLIAM TENNENT 2 (25-23, 22-25, 23-25, 25-19, 15-8)
The Panthers fell in a tightly contested nonleague match to the Pioneers. Nick Gross had 20 kills in a strong showing. Brian Ebert had nine kills and four blocks. Dillon Cooney had 33 assists and two aces, and Jake Milnazik had four kills and two aces.

PENNRIDGE 3, CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 2 (12-25, 22-25, 28-26, 25-21, 15-10)
In a battle between the new Continental Conference champions and the old, it was last year’s conference champion Rams emerging the winner. The Rams rallied from a 2-0 deficit to earn the hard-fought victory.
Christian Lizana sparked the defense with 21 digs to go along with two aces. Alex Vellner (14 kills, six blocks), Evan Jacoby (13 kills, seven digs) and Devon Rice (10 kills, 12 digs) all had double-digit kill efforts. Mike Bollinger (eight kills, seven blocks) and Henry Savage (six kills, five blocks) also had big nights at the net. Senior setter Matt Ziegler handed out 44 assists.
For the Bucks, Christian Rupert had a game-high 22 kills out of the middle. Mike Fehrs added 15 kills, nine digs and two blocks, and Joe Klapper had 11 kills and nine digs. Jeff Strasburg had a team-high 14 digs to lead the defense. Matt Hennigan had 46 assists.
CHELTENHAM 3, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 0 (25-18, 26-24, 25-13)
Brett Mayne had a big night for the Panthers, contributing 13 kills, four aces and 10 digs. Ben Doyle added nine kills, two blocks and two aces, and Brandon Smith had eight kills and four blocks. Joe Woodson had seven kills, two blocks and one ace, and Donald Le had 16 digs. Mike Lee had 32 assists and two aces.
CHRISTOPHER DOCK 3, SOUDERTON 2 (17-25, 25-19, 20-25, 25-16, 15-11)
The Indians lost a hard-fought battle against their neighboring rival in a spirited Senior Night match on Tuesday. Ryan Davison led the Indians with 12 kills and six blocks while Evan Miller added eight kills and three blocks. Tim Jones had seven kills and four digs, and Alex Androkites had five kills and eight digs.

PENNSBURY 3, ABINGTON 0
The Falcons displayed a dazzling hitting efficiency in Monday’s win over the Ghosts. Chris Spano had six kills (.625) to go along with three digs, and John Killoran (.667) also had six kills and one dig. Neil Helsel added three kills (.750), four aces, two digs and one block, and Pat Merrik had five kills (.571), three aces, one dig and two blocks. Sean Kropp had four kills (.429), one ace and two digs. Jeff Yasalonis had 24 assists to go along with one kill, two aces, one dig and one block. Kyle Navroth had two aces, one dig and one block, and Drew Ettlinger had one ace, one dig and one block.
CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 3, CHELTENHAM 0 (25-18, 25-14, 25-12)
The Patriots received a huge performance at the net from Nick Bennet, who had 13 kills and 8.5 blocks to go along with four aces and four digs. Kyle Dolf added six kills, three aces, three block, four digs and 15 assists. Trevor Clements had 10 assists and two digs, and Michael Donovan had one kill and eight digs.
SOUDERTON 3, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 1 (25-12, 24-26, 25-13, 25-22)
Evan Miller had another big night at the net, contributing seven kills and eight blocks while teammate Ryan Davison added seven kills and six blocks in a standout effort of his own. Tim Jones had a team high 13 kills to go along with seven digs. Alex Androkites had eight kills and 11 digs, and Micah Godshall added eight kills. Setter Sam Shoemaker had 39 assists.
WILLIAM TENNENT 3, COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 1 (25-17, 25-20, 27-29, 25-10)
The Panthers celebrated Senior Night with their win over the Golden Hawks on Monday. Nick Gross had a big night for the Panthers, contributing 18 kills and four aces. Kevin Irvine had three kills and five digs.
For the Golden Hawks, Sam Stein had eight kills, and Nick Christodoulou added seven kills and eight digs. Mike Mertz and Ross Sweed both had 13 digs to lead the defense.
COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 3, GLEN MILLS 0 (25-9, 25-17, 25-20)
The Indians used a balanced attack to earn the non-league win Monday. Chris Richards had a team high seven kills to go along with five aces. Josh Hinton had six kills and nine digs. Devin McIntyre added five kills and two blocks, and Austin Fuglestad had five kills, five digs, two blocks and one ace. Aidan Leclair had four kills. Dan Rafalovitch had 40 assists and 12 digs. Andy Van Thuyne led the defense with 23 digs.
PENNRIDGE 3, UPPER DUBLIN 0 (25-13, 25-15, 25-13)
Evan Jacoby led a balanced Ram attack with eight kills to go along with seven digs. Devon Rice (six kills, five digs, three aces), Henry Savage (six kills, five blocks) and Alex Vellner (five kills, two blocks) also contributed. Vince Kauders had four kills, and Kolby Smith had three aces. Setter Matt Ziegler had 27 assists.
