Boys
CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 8, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 7 (OT)
Kevin Ernst scored the game winner with 1:17 remaining in overtime, propelling the Bucks to the dramatic win in the battle of neighboring rivals. It was Ernst’s third goal of the night. Corey Schott and Clark Hawes each scored a pair of goals for the Bucks while Reece Udinski contributed a goal and an assist. Jimmy Seykot and Logan O’Hara each added an assist.
For the Titans, Jake Henze and Evan Falkowski both contributed two goals and one assist. Jimmy Gallagher also scored a pair of goals. Anthony Paone added a single goal. Brendan McGrath and Chris Tanner each added an assist.
The Bucks held a 44-30 advantage in shots. West goalie Mike Harvan was credited with 10 saves while South’s Robbie Richick had 22 saves.
Luke Durkin won 10-of-17 face-offs for the Bucks.

UPPER DUBLIN 16, SPRINGFIELD (MONTCO) 4
Michael Mullen had an eight-point game to lead the Flying Cardinals, contributing four goals and four assists. Evan Scott added four goals and one assist while Zach Hanson and Nicholas Vernacchio both contributed four goals. Jack Rapine also had a four-point game with two goals and two assists. Paul Chung and Foster each added a goal.
Upper Dublin’s Bobby McPeake was credited with 12 saves in goal while his counterpart, Colin O’Hara, had 11 saves.
Jeffrey Meyers led the Spartans with a pair of goals.

HATBORO-HORSHAM 9, NORTH PENN 3
Hatboro-Horsham beat visiting North Penn by a score of 9-3 on Thursday night. Brendan Mulligan (3 goals), Zach Erwine (2 goals, 1 assist), and Pierre Armstrong (1 goal, 1 assist) led the Hatter offensively. Nick Paci, Logan Eldridge and Bryan Remailey also contributed one goal respectively. Hatboro-Horsham got solid defensive efforts from Jake Cresta, Keith Cameron, Matt McPoyle, and Ryan Moore, and goalie Marc Poust was outstanding in goal, recording 9 saves on 12 shots. Brian Beck dominated face-offs, getting excellent wing play from defensive midfielder Dylan Cellini. Jake Cresta led the Hatters with 3 ground balls. The Hatters are back in action Saturday night (7:00PM) as they play host to one of the areas top programs, Springfield-Delco, in a crucial non-league game for playoff implications.

Girls
CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 15, COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 9
The Indians trailed by just one at halftime (6-5), but the Bucks took control of the game in the second half.
“The first half was a good fight,” West coach Tara Schmucker said. “But West dominated draws and took possession and thus control in the second half.
“Elena Romesburg had a big game with five goals, one assist, 10 draw controls and five ground balls. Jess Kloss stepped up nicely for the Bucks as well with a goal and a lot of hustle.”
Also for the Bucks, Elle Ueland had three goals while Meghan Tillger had two goals and one assist. Bryn Boylan and Sarah Gebre each added one goal and one assist. Contributing single goals were Amanda Gundlach, Jacq Fitzgerald and Kloss.
For the Indians, Devon Mela had a hat trick. Anna Lehman and Makena Hanson each had two goals. Closing out the scoring were Claire Jarema and Marina Schreiner with one goal each.
Rock South’s Margaret D’Auria and West’s Molly Naylor were both credited with 10 saves in goal.

NORTH PENN 10, COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 4
In a game that was halted with 10 minutes remaining because of the weather, the Maidens came away with the win despite the 12-save effort of Rock South goalie Claire Quist.
“She had a huge game for us today,” Rock South coach Ashley Muenker said. “Mollie Sheehy also came up big with great draw controls and huge ground balls.”
For the Golden Hawks, Nikki Boyd had a pair of goals while Mollie Sheehy had a goal and an assist. Caroline McGovern also scored a goal.
Kaitlin Suzuki led the Maidens with four goals while Jules Hill had three goals and one assist. Chloe Novak, Ashley Durham and Emily Schulze each had one goal. Sophomore Michelle Dyck was credited with 10 saves in goal.

CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 16, NESHAMINY 1
Sophomore Sarah Poli had a six-point night to lead the Titans, contributing three goals and three assists. Courtney Dietzel (one goal, two assists) and Eva Muzika (two goals, one assist) both had three-point games. Contributing a pair of goals were Emily Cliggett and Corrine Kenney. Krysta Reading, Annie Danyluk and Melissa Veal each contributed a goal and assist. Kelly Senour and Tori Wigand both added a single goal, and Melanie Tafel had an assist.
South sophomore goalie Erin Putnam was credited with eight saves.
Morgan McCormick accounted for Neshaminy’s goal. Redskin goalie Madi Egan was credited with seven saves.

SOUDERTON 18, PENNRIDGE 8
The Indians jumped out to a 12-2 halftime lead on their way to their 13th win without a loss. They are 7-0 in league play.
Chessie Rahmer led the Indians with five goals while Amber Lambeth added two goals and two assists, including the 100th goal of her high school career. Natalie Bulgier added one goal and three assists, and Brittany Roynan contributed a hat trick. Nikki Palmer had one goal and one assist. Contributing one goal were Kyra Shank, Tori Bulgier, Michelle Goodwin, Alexa Schneider, Krista Schneider and Rachel Judge.
Jen Bergey was credited with 12 saves in goal for the Indians.

WISSAHICKON 17, UPPER MERION 5
Freshman Emily Vervlied tallied seven goals and two assists to lead the Trojans to the big win. She also was credited with three ground balls and two draw controls. Zoe Gomez also had a big game for the Trojans, contributing five goals, two assists, three ground balls and two draw controls. Lauren Irvine had three goals, one assist, three ground balls and three draw controls. Caroline Wilde had one goal, two assists, six draw controls and two ground balls, and Shannon Stagliano added one goal, two assists, four ground balls and a draw control. Rachel Zucker added two goals, two ground balls and one draw control. Talia Abrahams also had three ground balls for the Trojans, who held a 35-12 advantage in shots.
In goal, Julie Silverman was credited with seven saves on 12 shots.

Taylor D’Ginto (four goals, six assists) and Julie Cross (four goals, five assists) both had huge nights to lead the Flying Cardinals. Rachel DiFrangia added a hat trick. Dom Greene-Coleman, Asia Franke and Gabrielle Bloom each had one goal while Jill Kenny added an assist.
For the Colonials, Monica Dresnin had two goals and one assist, and Kristen Monte and Meron Afutu both added single goals.

SPRINGFIELD 15, CHELTENHAM 8
Juli Cardamone had a big game for the Spartans, leading the way with five goals and four draw controls. Riley Greenleaf added four goals while Colleen Canavan had two goals and one assist. Caroline Pape (two goals, two caused turnovers, four draw controls) and Bailey Krewson (two goals, two draw controls) also made important contributions. Zoe Edalatpour was credited with two caused turnovers.
In goal, Margarethe Leis was credited with four saves.
