CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 2, UPPER DUBLIN 2 (OT)
The Titans and Flying Cardinals battled to a tie in a contest the Titans dominated statistically. Megan Hamilton (Kayla Kenney assist) put the Titans on the scoreboard at the 26:52 mark of the first half. Jennifer Harchut (Kelly Cross assist) knotted the score with 6:26 remaining in the half. Harchut (Cross assist) put the Flying Cardinals on top 2-1 when she connected on her second goal just over eight minutes into the second half. Hamilton (Lexi Thompson) scored her second goal of the game with 13:56 remaining in regulation, setting the stage for overtime.
The Titans held an 11-3 advantage in corners and also held an advantage in shots, but Upper Dublin goalie Dana Russell kept the Flying Cardinals in the game with a 15-save effort.
CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 2, PENNRIDGE 0
Marissa Glatt (Emily Vasey assist) and Shannon Devlin (Vasey assist) each contributed goals in the Patriots’ win over Pennridge. East goalie Emily Guthier was credited with 10 saves while her counterpart turned away nine shots.
UPPER MERION 9, LANSDALE CATHOLIC 0
Mia DiBella and Amanda McAteer each contributed two goals and two assists to lead the Vikings to the decisive non-league win. Dominique Gambone scored twice and added an assist, and teammate Lindsay Zamites added a pair of goals. Danielle Antonucci scored the final goal for the Vikings. Danielle SanFelice and Tamahra Sheard both had an assist. Ally Frymoyer was forced to make just one save in the shutout.
WISSAHICKON 4, METHACTON 1
The Trojans received three first-half goals as Emily Gallagher (Jackie Hibbs assist), Hibbs (Lauren Becker assist) and Angela Virtu each contributed single goals. Virtu’s goal came on a penalty stroke. Gallagher added a second half goal, using a Hibbs assist.
