To future female successors at QCHS, why Quakertown basketball?  The other people on the team will quickly become people you know you can rely on for anything, whether it involves basketball or not, and I think the relationships I have created from this team the past four years have been the most impactful to me.

 

Favorite athlete:  Candace Parker

 

Future plans: I hope to go to college to study civil engineering.

Favorite memory on the basketball team:  Gift exchanges at coach Detweiler’s house pre-COVID.

 

To future female successors at QCHS, why Quakertown basketball: Through every game and emotions we share together from tears to smiles, you will make some of your best friends, and you have an entire team always looking out for you through high school. 

 

Favorite athlete: Myself and Nick Foles because he won us the Super Bowl 

 

Future plans: Attend a 4-year college - hopefully the University of Connecticut - and figure out my passion

Favorite memory on the basketball team:  Wrestle Mania at the team sleepover sophomore year.

 

To future female successors at QCHS, why Quakertown basketball:  This team is like a family. Everyone always has each other's back no matter the circumstances 

 

Favorite athlete: Scottie Pippin because always knew how to compliment his teammates even though he was never the best man on the court. 

 

Future plans:  I plan on going to a four-year college where I will get a degree in Nursing
