The Lady Panthers rolled to a 13-4 halftime lead on their way to the win. Madison Brunk had a hand in seven goals to lead the attack, scoring four and assisting on three others. Teammate Olivia Dudo also had four goals. Emily Lieboritz, Gabby Szczepanek and Emily Hawkins each added a pair of goals. Allison Hawkins had one goal and three assists while Sammie McManus, Skye Wallace and Haley Gordon each had one goal. Rachel McManus had two assists.
For the Golden Bears, Chelsea Mills had two goals and one assist. Amanda Nowell, Sarah Reice and Sami Wojciechowski each had one goal.
Madison Coyne turned away seven shots for the Lady Panthers. Upper Moreland’s Emma Joyce had four saves.
Upper Merion 17, Pope John Paul II 5
Mel Ryan scored five goals and contributed one assist to lead the Lady Vikings in their non-league win. Casey Griffith added three goals and three assists while Jackie Schauble had two goals and two assists. Powell Davis and Brittany Sautner both had one goal and one assist. Contributing one goal each were Liz Botto, Amanda McAteer, Dominique Gambone, Brooke Dubin and Tammy Slaughter.
Viking goalie Ally Frymoyer had six saves.
