SOL National Conference

WILLIAM TENNENT 3, NESHAMINY 0 (25-23, 25-9, 25-19)
The Panthers eked out a win in the first set and rolled to wins in the next two to earn the sweep of the Redskins.
“Neshaminy played us tough in set one, and we had to mount a little comeback,” Tennent coach Brian Bassler said. “Senior Allyson Brown sparked us in set two, delivering a 14-point service run which included seven aces.
“We had some really great net play up front by Charlotte Reeves, who had an amazing night, getting nine kills on 12 attempts.”
Georgie Thorpe had eight kills and three blocks. Addy Criss (18 digs) and Marguax Kellum (9 digs) led the back row while setter Izzy Goebel finished with 20 assists, six digs and a huge solo block. Brown finished the night with 10 aces.
William Tennent (7-3, 4-2 SOL) will travel to Pennsbury on Friday, and Neshaminy (5-8, 1-5) will host Harry S Truman on Friday.

COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 3, BENSALEM 1 (22-25, 25-22, 25-19, 25-14)
The Indians celebrated Senior Night, and after dropping the first set, they rallied to win the next three.
Appropriately, seniors Ainsley Jordan (15 kills) and Sophie Lentz (13 kills) led the way for the Indians. Sophomore middle Addison Zarillo and junior muddle Caitlyn Mahle chipped in three kills apiece.  Sophomore setter Sarah McCafferty had 28 assists.
Council Rock North (4-5, 2-3 SOL) will host Pennsbury on Monday, and Bensalem (6-6, 2-4) will travel to Council Rock South on Friday.

COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 3, HARRY S TRUMAN 0
The Golden Hawks received contributions up and down their lineup in their sweep of the Tigers.
Making contributions to the win were Cassidy Melnick (3 digs, 2 aces, 4 kills), Olivia DeSaro (4 kills), Gracie DeSaro (4 kills), Rachael Buchnik (2 kills), Dara Botnick (1 block, 1 ace, 1 kill), Lindsey Korn (2 aces, 1 kill), Cadence Palmer (3 digs, 1 ace), Ashlyn Dinan (6 aces, 6 assists, 1 kill), Shani Sun (4 digs, 2 aces), Yana Kotlyarenko (3 kills, 1 block), Gina Caraccio (2 digs, 1 block, 9 assists, 1 kill) and Sara Gannon (3 kills).  
Council Rock South (10-2, 6-0 SOL) will host Bensalem on Friday, and Neshaminy (5-8, 1-5) will host Harry S Truman on Friday.

SOL Continental Conference

SOUDERTON 3, CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 1 (25-20, 10-25, 25-10, 25-18)
The visiting Indians handed the Bucks their first loss in conference play.
Teya McConaha led the Indians with 13 kills, five aces and two digs while Alexa Mazzeo led the defense with 13 digs, two aces and two assists. Setter Grace Boyd had 20 assists and seven digs. Alli Sauerwald added four kills, two aces and two digs, and Lauren Vince had two kills and five blocks.
For the Bucks, Maggie Meglio (8 kills, 1 block), Rachel Hu (6 kills, 5 aces, 11 digs), Lily Rasnake (5 kills, 6 digs) and Presley Adams (5 kills, 3 digs) led a balanced attack. Setter Elisa Kremser handed out 20 assists and also had 13 digs, two kills and five aces. Caroline Taylor had 10 digs and three aces, and Alexa Lee had nine digs and two kills.
Souderton (7-3, 4-2 SOL) will travel to North Penn on Friday, and Central Bucks West (9-2, 5-1) will host North Penn on Monday.

PENNRIDGE 3, NORTH PENN 1
The visiting Rams were able to emerge with a big victory in a battle with conference foe North Penn. The Rams started out hot in set one, winning the 25-11, but could not put away a feisty North Penn squad in set two. The Lady Rams were able to get back on track in sets three and four to take home a much-needed conference victory.
“Sophomore right side hitter Melissa Hinkson came up huge on the evening, opening up the team’s offense and performing in the most critical moments from the service line,” Pennridge coach Brandon Johnson said. “Senior Middle Blocker Zoey Pennie was also vital to the win, coming up with several huge plays and kills in sets three and four to seal the victory for the Rams.
Pennridge (5-6, 4-3 SOL) will travel to Quakertown on Thursday, and North Penn (5-6, 2-4) will host North Penn on Friday.

CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 3, QUAKERTOWN 0 (25-19, 25-20, 25-19)
Aimee Wolf had 12 kills and also had one dig to lead a strong net game for the Patriots in their sweep of the Panthers.
Setter Katie Monaghan had 19 assists to go along with one ace, two digs and one block while Mia Metille had seven assists, four aces and two digs. Maddy Ware (4 aces, 4 digs), Kate Malobisky (3 aces, 1 assist, 5 digs), Arya Haridas (2 aces, 1 assist, 3 digs), Megan Colbert (2 kills, 1 assist, 2 digs), Sydney Groves (1 assist, 1 dig, 1 block), Sam Sharp (3 kills, 4 digs, 2 blocks), Emily Arslan (3 digs) and Steph Bahner (2 kills) also made important contributions.

For the Panthers, Erica Gildea’s 18 digs led the defense. Also contributing were setter Anna Skogen (6 assists, 5 digs, 3 kills, 1 ace), Grace White (6 blocks, 3 kills, 2 digs), Mia Handschumacher (4 digs, 1 kill), Kiele Magalengo (2 digs, 3 kills), Carissa Ievers (6 digs, 3 assists), Cece Bates (1 kill, 1 dig), Kayla Sicher (4 kills, 4 digs), Colleen Gallagher (6 digs, 3 aces) and Ellie White (1 bocks).
Central Bucks East (6-5, 6-1 SOL) will travel to Central Bucks South on Friday, and Quakertown (2-8, 1-5) will host Pennridge on Thursday.

SOL American Conference

ABINGTON 3, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 0 (25-14, 25-22, 25-9)
The Ghosts rolled to a 3-0 sweep of the host Titans.
Sasha Moody (10 kills) and Kenya Lucas (8 kills) led the Ghosts at the net. Setter Mary Carter had 23 assists. Liz Tanis contributed four blocks.
Abington (10-2, 4-2 SOL) will travel to Hatboro-Horsham on Thursday, and Central Bucks South (1-11, 0-6) will host Central Bucks East on Friday.

PLYMOUTH WHITEMARSH 3, CHELTENHAM 0
The Colonials upped their record to 10-0 with their sweep of the visiting Lady Panthers.
Plymouth Whitemarsh (10-0, 6-0) will host Upper Dublin on Friday.

NEW HOPE-SOLEBURY 3, UPPER DUBLIN 0

Non-league
EASTON 3, QUAKERTOWN 0 (26-24, 25-19, 25-17)

The Panthers received contributions from numerous players in Monday’s non-league match.
Grace White (7 kills, 1 block, 3 digs) and Kayla Sicher (5 kills, 2 aces, 12 digs) led the Panthers at the net. Erica Gildea led the defense with 21 digs and also had one ace while Carissa Ievers had 16 digs and five assists. Colleen Gallagher had nine digs and two aces. Setter Anna Skogen had 11 assists and one dig. Also contributing were Cece Bate (3 kills, 1 dig), Mia Handschumacher (2 kills, 2 digs), Ellie White (1 kill, 1 ace, 1 dig) and Katelyn Martinez (4 digs).
