WISSAHICKON 12, UPPER MORELAND 2
Luke Honorowski and Dustin Rabinowitz turned in a monster performances, allowing the Trojans to avenge a 9-5 loss to the Golden Bears in the last meeting of the two American Conference squads. Honorowski finished the night with three goals and seven assists to lead the Trojans with a dazzling 10-point performance while Rabinowitz also was superb, contributing three goals and six assists for nine points. Teammates Matt Vervlied (one goal, three assists) and Kyle Wolf (two goals, two assists) both added four points.
Rabinowitz put the Trojans on the scoreboard three minutes into the contest, but Nick Park got that goal back less than a minute later to knot the score. The rest of the period belonged to the Trojans, who received a pair of goals from Wolf and single goals by Vervlied, Honorowski, Ryan Haney and Rabinowitz to go on top 7-1.
The Trojans extended that lead to 10-1, thanks to a pair of goals by Honorowski and a single goal by Edward Burkhart, before Parks connected for his second goal of the game.
The Trojans outshot the Golden Bears 38-15.

The Knights won a key Continental Conference showdown, exploding for four first-period goals en route to the big win. Matthew Stella had five assists to lead the Knights, and teammate Jake Heckenberger was the beneficiary of four of those assists, finishing the game with four goals.
A Jeremy Snyder power play goal put the Knights on the scoreboard just over three minutes into the first period, and the Knights led 2-0 after Derek Hecker scored just over a minute later. Heckenberger's first goal capped a 3-0 North Penn run in a deadly two-minute span. East's Austin Chase cut into that lead with a goal 30 seconds later, but Heckenberger got that goal back to send the Knights into the second period with a 4-1 lead.
Goals by East's Sean Parahus and Andrew Bily - both on power plays - made it a 4-3 game 8:13 into the second period, but Heckenberger closed out the period with back-to-back goals to put the Knights back on top 6-3. Liam Kolar scored the third period's lone goal on a power play.
The Knights held a 34-27 edge in shots.

The Falcons and Bucks exchanged goals in Thursday's tightly-contested game. Neither team scored in the first period, but a Scotty Cappuccio goal gave the Bucks a 1-0 lead four minutes into the second period. Craig Meschel answered 10 minutes later, sending the two teams into the final period deadlocked 2-2.
Another Cappuccio goal 29 seconds into the final period gave West a 2-1 lead only to watch Linder Kenyon scored the equalizer seven minutes into the period. Neither team scored the rest of the way.
The Falcons held a 33-25 edge in shots. West goalie Jonah Brous turned away 31 of 33 shots he faced while Pennsbury's Trevor Schadler had 23 stops.

Nick Keck had four goals and one assist to lead the Golden Hawks with a five-point night while Jason Brockman (one goal, three assists), Justin Adams (three goals, one assist) and Matt Gulack (one goal, three assists) each had four points.
Things started out on a promising note for the Tigers, who took a 2-0 lead less than eight minutes into the game after goals by Mike Roarty and Ross Koenig. A goal by Adams made it a 2-1 game at the end of one period.
Keck opened the second period with three consecutive goals, the third shorthanded.Keck added his fourth goal later in the period as the Golden Hawks closed out the period with goals by Keck, Karl Martin, Brockman and Adams to go on top 8-2.
The Golden Hawks held a 47-21 advantage in shots.
