NORTH PENN 6, CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 4
The Knights pounded West goalie Jeremy Kennard with 19 shots in the opening period but led by just a 3-2 score. It was a storyline that was repeated in all three quarters as the Knights held a commanding 51-13 advantage in shots but never could put the Bucks away. Only the brilliant 45-save effort of Kennard kept it close all night long.
Andrew Galetta sparked the Knights’ offense with a goal and three assists for four points.
It was the Bucks getting on the scoreboard first on a goal by Joey Rockhovich four minutes into the game. Back-to-back goals by Tyler Greenstein – both with Galetta assists, the second with a Jared Albano assist as well – gave the Knights a 3-1 lead, but Christopher Trefz (Jake Lang assist) scored to make it a one-goal game at the end of the period.
A Joey Young goal stretched the Bucks’ lead to 4-2, but the Knights answered with goals by Alex Stevens (Albano/George Boyle assists) and Greenstein (Luke Van Why/George Boyle assists) to go on top 5-3.
Galetta (Greenstein assists) and Lang (Trefz assists) exchanged goals in the third period for the 6-4 final.

NESHAMINY 4, SOUDERTON 1
The Redskins scored three third-period goals and received brilliant goalkeeping from Steve Glik in Wednesday’s win. Glik turned away 35 of 36 shots he faced to earn the win between the pipes.
Neither team scored in an evenly played first period. It wasn’t until 14:45 into the second period that Joey DeMatteo (Aric Miller assist) finally put the Redskins on the scoreboard.
A goal by Charles Potash with a Brett Nelson assist just under three minutes into the final period gave the ‘Skins a 2-0 advantage. Tyler Apple (Salvatore Lanzillotti assist) found the net to cut Neshaminy’s lead in half, but Ryan McColgan (Potash assist) and Miller (Thomas Gallagher assist) each scored in less than a minute late in the period to give the Redskins their final margin of victory.

FATHER JUDGE 12, COUNCIL ROCK NORH 2
Collin Furey scored five goals and assisted on another for five points to lead Father Judge while teammates Shane Reilly (three assists), Dominic Corrado (two goals, one assist), Tom Scannell (one goal, two assists) and Vince Maroney (one goal, two assists) all had three points.
After CJ Zemzik (Daniel Guest/John Vanni assists) scored in the opening minutes, Father Judge reeled off five unanswered goals to close out the period on top 5-1. That lead grew to 10-1 heading into the final period when Ian Rice (Zac Herman/Brian Leinheiser assists) found the net to bring to an end to Father Judge’s 10-0 tear.
Father Judge held a 38-15 advantage in shots.
