WILLIAM TENNENT 6, COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 2
Mike Padgeon connected for the hat trick and also had a pair of assists to finish with five points in the Panthers’ win over the Indians on Wednesday. Teammate Tim McMonogale added a goal and two assists.
The Panthers took early control of the game, scoring a pair of first period goals. Padgeon put Tennent on the scoreboard 6:44 into the game when he connected on an unassisted goal. He assisted on a McMonogale goal to send the Panthers into the second period with a 2-0 lead.
Jack McKeever and Padgeon scored second period goals to make it a 4-0 game. That lead grew to 5-0 when Andrew Bean scored 28 seconds into the third period, using assists from Sean Ovington and Charlie Feeney. Rock North’s Andrew Speeney broke up the Panthers’ shutout bid, but Padgeon got that goal back. Rock North’s Mark Tosti scored an unassisted goal late for the 6-2 final.
CJ Lineman had an outstanding game in goal for the Panthers, turning away 28 of 30 shots he faced. The Panthers held a 34-30 advantage in shots.

CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 6, NESHAMINY 4
Scotty Cappuccio scored a hat trick and also had an assist to lead the Bucks’ attack in Wednesday’s win over the Redskins.
The two teams were deadlocked 1-1 after a period of action. It was Cappuccio putting the Bucks on the board 4:17 into the game, and Neshaminy’s Ian Dixon (Nick Foster/Blaze Gerenda assists) answered with a goal late in the period.
West opened up a 4-1 lead after two periods, thanks to a pair of Cappuccio goals as well as a single goal by Patrick Smith in the second period.
John McCreedie’s unassisted goal gave the Bucks a 5-1 lead 15 seconds into the third period. Dixon answered with a goal for the ‘Skins off the ensuing face-off. Eric Schwass got that goal back as the two teams combined to score three goals in the opening minute of the period. Back-to-back goals by Neshaminy’s Mike Maher closed out the scoring.
The Bucks held a 44-38 advantage in shots over the Redskins.
