COUNCIL ROCK NORTH 9, ARCHBISHOP WOOD 7
Sam Kroh and Tristan Wieczorek led the Indians’ high-powered attack with three goals and two assists each. Troy Potts paced Wood with three goals and one assist.
The Indians led 4-2 at the end of one period with Kroh completing the hat trick in the period. Chad Siegel also added a goal. Jonathan Pfugfelder and Troy Potts each scored a goal for the Vikings.
Wood opened the second period with a 4-1 burst to go on top 6-5. Included in that run were a pair of goals by Nick Patton and single goals by Jonathan Rosica and Potts (power play). Rock North’s Andrew Speeney (Colton Snow assist) scored the equalizer 12 minutes into the period, knotting the score 6-6 at the end of two periods. Wieczorek and Potts exchanged goals to open the third period, but Mark Tosti and Wieczorek scored back-to-back goals to propel the Indians to the win.

Alex Politsky connected for the hat trick while teammate Daniel Rock added a goal and two assists to lead the Indians to the big win.
Souderton exploded for five first period goals and never looked back on its way to the big win. The Titans actually struck first with a goal by Damon Delaurentis (Alex Stoll assist) three minutes into the game. Fifteen seconds later, Thomas Tierney (Tyler DiPietro) scored the equalizer. Politsky (Daniel Rock/Chris Malanga assists) put the Indians on top 2-1, but Brandon Spognardi (Mike Pilla assist) knotted the score eight minutes into the period.
An empty net goal by Rock (Clay Anders/Alex Politsky assists) made it a 3-2 game, but again, the Titans had an answer, this time using a goal by Jake Bauer (Brandon Spognardi/Mike Pilla assists) to knot things up at 3-3. Goals by Connor McCausland (Dipietro/Charles Kakreka assists) and Politsky (Kyle Milosec/Chris Malanga assists) to close out the period put the Indians on top 5-3. They added single goals in each of the next two periods en route to the win.
Souderton goalie Dawson Anders was credited with 29 saves.

Thomas Carroll led a balanced Ghost attack with the hat trick. Carroll scored an unassisted goal late in the first period to give the Ghosts a 1-0 lead at the end of one period. They scored four unanswered goals in the second period with Carroll scoring a pair and teammates John Egan (Justin Adamski Jr assist) and James Campbell (Nicholas Scipione assist) each adding single goals. Alex DeCristofano assisted on both of Carroll’s goals.
The Ghosts outscored the Tigers 3-1 in the third period with Josh Robinson accounting for Truman’s lone goal, and that came after the Ghosts had opened up an 8-0 lead.
Abington goalie Cole Kramer turned away 24 shots.

Luke Honorowski had a five-point night to lead the Trojans, contributing four goals and five assists. Luke Ledes scored two goals and added a pair of assists to lead the Falcons.
The Trojans took a 3-1 lead in the first period. Honorowki got things started with an unassisted goal less than two minutes into the game, but Pennsbury’s Tommy Hynes scored a power play goal (Ledes assist) to cut that lead in half. Ryen Haney (Edward Burkart, Honorowski assists) scored to give the Trojans a two-goal edge at the end of one period.
A power play goal by Kevin Koerner (Ledes assist) made it a 3-2 game after two periods. Honorowski and Ledes twice exchanged goals in the third period before Honorowski scored his third goal of the period for the 6-4 final.

After a scoreless opening period, the Knights opened up a 2-0 lead after second period goals by Alex Peterson (Jeremy Snyder, Matthew Stella) and Stella (Christian Ahn). A goal by East’s Zach Davis (Harry Durr, Liam Kolar assists) made it a 2-1 game heading into the third period.
Austin Baty (Nick Chimera, Austin Chase) scored the equalizer two minutes into the final period, and the Patriots had a lead they would not lose when Brenna Kolar (Zach Davis assist) scored 11:48 into the period. Austin Chase added an insurance goal for the 4-2 final.

Patrick Smith and John McCreadie spotted the Bucks with 2-0 lead at the end of one period. Tanner McGinn assisted on both goals with John McCreadie also assisting on Smith’s goal and Smith having a hand in McCreadie’s goal.
The Colonials cut that lead in half with a second period goal by Ryan Reed (Brad Keller assist). It was the only shot of the period by either team.
A pair of goals by Tanner Gin, the second with assists from Will Ross and Patrick Smith, gave West its final margin of victory.
West goalie Jonah Brous was credited with 15 saves in a game that saw both teams collect 16 shots.

The Redskins exploded for four first period goals and never looked back. Nick Foster got the fun started with an unassisted goal six seconds into the game. A shorthanded goal by Mark Hullings (Nick Verdi assist) put the Redskins on top 2-0. Nick Sabatini (Nick Verdi, Eric Graham assists) and Graham (Sabatini assist) each added single goals for the 4-0 lead.
The Redskins held a 49-20 advantage in shots. Goalie Matt Lucas was credited with 20 saves in the shutout.

The Patriots took a 2-1 lead at the end of one period and then sealed the win with a pair of third period goals.
Sean Parahus (Brennan Kolar assist) put the Patriots on the scoreboard four-and-a-half minutes into the second period, and that lead grew to 2-0 when Andrew Bily (Nick Chimera, Austin Chase assists) scored 21 seconds later. A power play goal by Troy Potts (Shane Freeman, Ryan Meinke assists) made it a 2-1 game. Third period goals by Bily and Kolar sealed the win.
The Vikings held a 36-25 advantage in shots, but that advantage was negated by the 35-save effort of goalie Steven Gilchrist.

Anthony Valerio, John Volpe and Andrew Hart each collected the hat trick to lead the Crusaders to the non-league win Wednesday. Hart also had a pair of assists. Michael Longhitano and Alex Slowik each added single goals. Ricky Reynolds accounted for Upper Dublin’s only goal.
The Crusaders led 3-0 at the end of one quarter and upped that lead to 6-0 heading into the final period.
