“We have some extreme talent on this team starting with Ella Wheeler, our senior center fielder, who is batting over .475 with close to a .500 on-base percentage and just continues to improve game to game, and on top of that, her defense is second to none.
“Behind her, we have Maddie McClintock, our designated player, who continue to hit lights out. She is batting over 450 and is a very difficult out.
“After her, our sophomore first baseman, Maddie Motley, is also on a tear this, year batting over .380.
“Our catcher Erin Ruddell is hitting over .375 and is a beast behind the plate. You can’t run on her. She will back pick you off the second you let your guard down.
“Maura Fleming, our starting second baseman who is attending Kutztown in the fall, is hitting over .355 and is an incredible talent defensively at second base. She is also a true leader of this team and continues to set the tone by example.
“Cam Lee is our stud shortstop and one of the best defensive players in the league. She is also a potential deep threat with the bat and hits for a very high average.
“On the pitching mound, we have three stellar options. Honestly, we truly have four but one of those options I need to leave at first base. Brooke Taylor, Alexis Griffin, and Chrissy Ivers have all shown signs of excellence this year. It makes it tough for us to decide who gets the ball. That is a great problem to have. They are all great players.
“Kate Muntz and Megan Sandow have also show signs of excellence defensively and in the batter’s box. They both have some huge clutch hits for us this year and are doing very well for this team.
“Sophie Ngheim, Dallas Deblasis, and Maddie Jeffreys have also big a huge part of our success this year. Some timely hits and defensive plays as well.
“Keira Im, Riley Theis, and Allie Higdon have dealt with injuries all year but have been incredible teammates and contributed when they had the chance.
“We are also super excited about our four swing players: Kaylie Bonsall, Kala Wigo , Delaney Theis, and Hannah McClintock.”

We are encouraged about where we are and believe we will make some serious noise as this week progresses. All of the girls mentioned above on this team care about each other and have been great to one another all season. We are super excited to see what we can do over the next few weeks. Let’s go South.”
