STERLING LIMOUSINE AND TRANSPORATION
PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

STERLING LIMO CO-PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
Jack Lamb, Central Bucks East – Lamb had an awesome game on both sides of the football in the Patriots 16-10 overtime victory over Pennridge.  As a middle linebacker – Lamb led CB East in tackles with 10.  And as a quarterback – Lamb completed nine passes for 101 yards and also rushed for a team-high 93 yards and scored a touchdown. It was Lamb’s five-yard run – dragging with him a throng of Ram defenders – that set up Alex Gibson’s winning TD run in overtime.
Coach John Donnelly says:  “Jack had a phenomenal game on both sides of the ball.  I think you would be hard pressed to find many players in the area that are having the impact he is having on both sides of the ball.  He is the consummate leader, the unquestioned general of the team calling the plays on both sides of the ball. He does his job very well and then gets lined back up and does it again.  He doesn't seek to draw attention to himself.  Jack is an unselfish player who lets his actions as a player speak.  He is one of the smartest and competitive players I have been lucky enough to work with here at East.  Jack is an absolute winner.”

Khalif Sinclair, Norristown – Sinclair had a monster game with a four-touchdown performance as the Eagles soared to a 38-13 victory over Wissahickon.  Sinclair rushed for a game-high 214 yards that included a 64-yard touchdown burst.  Sinclair also scored on a 20-yard pass reception – a 52-yard interception return for a touchdown – and an electrifying 78-yard punt return for a touchdown.
Coach Jason Powel says:  “Khalif has shown his growth in his mindset on how approaches the game in a year under our program.  He has done this on and off the field, and he knows it could pay dividends in the future.  He is a big play guy that can make those plays and certainly Friday night he did that on offense, defense, and special teams.  Khalif's elusive style of speed and vision gives him a gear that separates him from most others in his position. As a former defensive coordinator, I am sure glad to have him on my side.”

National Conference

Sterling Limo Offensive Player of the Week
Reece Udinski, North Penn – Udinski had a terrific outing as the Knights captured their first win over the season with a 40-24 victory over West Catholic.  Udinski completed 16-of-24 passes for 254 yards and three touchdowns to fuel the North Penn offense.
Coach Dick Beck says:  “I think he did everything right. He stepped up in the pocket when he needed to, and he scrambled and he ran for first downs when he needed to. He was extremely accurate on a lot of his balls. His time was right on when he was throwing the ball. If he gets the right timing with a lot of our skill guys like Ricky (Johns), Nyfease (West) and Jake Bevan, they can catch the ball and get extra yardage after the catch. He’s really grasped the offense pretty good.”

Sterling Limo Defensive Player of the Week
Tycier Good, Souderton -   Good had a remarkable game as the Indians held off Central Bucks West 21-14.  Good led the teams with 10 tackles – three for a loss – and also had a sack.
Coach Ed Gallagher says:  “Tycier is a hard-working player with a tremendous upside. He moved over the summer and transferred from Pennridge, which is certainly a challenge considering our rivalry. A few years ago, Ezra Outlaw moved from Souderton to Pennridge and was in a similar situation. Eventually, Ezra played for Pennridge and had great success, and I'm hoping that Tycier will experience something similar here at Souderton. Jeff Hollenbach and I discussed both players before the transfers, and we did everything possible to help the new player feel welcome and get acclimated. Tycier was warmly received by his new teammates, and he is now reaping the rewards of his efforts and hard work (both on and off the field).”

Continental Conference

Sterling Limo Offensive Player of the Week
Brandon McIlwain, Council Rock North –The senior quarterback accounted for almost 400 yards of total offense. He rushed for 160 yards and two touchdowns and threw for 214 and a TD as the Indians defeated Central Bucks South 36-29.  The South Carolina recruit also intercepted a pass and returned it 65 yards for a touchdown.
Coach Adam Collachi says:  “Brandon did an amazing job Friday night in all three phases of the game.  His performance on offense was outstanding and the interception return in the second quarter really turned the momentum our way.  I thought he really inspired the rest of the team, and the entire team responded and played a tremendous game as a team.”

American Conference

Sterling Limo Offensive Player of the Week
Nafeese Nasir, Plymouth Whitemarsh – Nasir’s offensive explosion led the Colonials to a 33-18 victory over Abington.  Nasir rushed for a game-high 177 yards and scored two touchdowns to spark the offense.  Nasir also added 135 yards on three kickoff returns.
Coach Dan Chang says:  “Nafeese was really solid for us again at the quarterback position. He is starting to get more and more comfortable in our option game.  As he continues to improve (at that position), our offense will become that much more versatile. As a runner, Nafeese is a guy who can run by you or run over you.  His vision as a ball carrier is really impressive.  Against Abington he really helped us out with some big kick returns as well.”
