PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Ryan Clemens, Central Bucks West – The junior running back was the leading ground gainer in Central Bucks West’s 20-3 win over Pennsbury. He also connected on a pair of field goals – the first from 31 yards to give the Bucks a 10-0 lead and a 27-yarder in the third quarter to put the Bucks on top 13-3. He was 2-for-2 on PATs.
Coach Rob Rowan says: “Ryan carried the mantle in a big way. He was incredibly impressive. He’s kind of a do-it-all guy. I was just really, really impressed with Ryan’s effort in all phases – he was fantastic. He shouldered the bulk share tonight. I thought he ran really, really hard again.”

DEFENSIVE PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
Eddie Bowen, Central Bucks South – The junior defensive end was a defensive catalyst in Central Bucks South’s 13-6 win over Central Bucks East in a key conference battle. Bowen finished with nine tackles – four solo – and also was credited with half a sack. His fumble recovery at the Central Bucks East six-yard line with the score tied 6-6 led to the game-winning touchdown.
Ben Primich, Pennsbury – The senior linebacker turned in another huge defensive effort in Pennsbury’s 20-3 loss to Central Bucks West, finishing with 14 tackles – 9 solo and 4 assists. He also had two tackles for loss.
Sterling Limo Honor Roll:
Danny Dyches, Souderton – The senior had a big game on both sides of the football in Souderton’s 42-0 win over Council Rock South. Dyches ran for a pair of touchdowns and also had a pick-6, taking it 25 yards for the score.
Anthony Ferrugio & Adam Straehle, Quakertown – The duo anchored a standout defensive effort in Quakertown’s 21-0 win over Plymouth Whitemarsh. The Panthers limited the Colonials to just 76 yards on the ground and less than 200 yards total offense in the shutout win. Ferrugio, a defensive lineman, had three tackles for loss, and Straehle, a defensive back, had a team-high nine tackles, six solo.
Noah Keating, Pennridge – The sophomore quarterback threw for 180 yards and three touchdowns in Pennridge’s 28-0 win over Abington.
Vince Micucci, Quakertown – The senior quarterback completed 16 of 20 pass attempts to six different receivers for 156 yards and a touchdown in Quakertown’s 21-0 win over Plymouth Whitemarsh. He also had 27 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
Jackson Schurmann, North Penn – The junior safety had a pick-6 in North Penn’s 22-14 win over Neshaminy, returning an interception 77 yards for a touchdown to give the Knights a 16-7 halftime lead.
Christian Holland, Phil Roll, Logan Fitzmaurice, Seth Johnson & Evan Sanders, Upper Dublin – The offensive line paved the way for 355 yards of total offense – 141 on the ground - in Upper Dublin’s 31-7 win over Bensalem.
Nolan Pounds, Wissahickon – The junior quarterback was 6-for-6 passing for 120 yards and two touchdowns in Wissahickon’s 44-28 win over Simon Gratz. He also had 44 rushing yards.
Andrew Schultz (left tackle), Nick Taylor (left guard), Sean Hazlett (center), Connor Berry (right guard), Troy Mangin (right tackle) and AJ Alwan (tight end), William Tennent – Members of the offensive line were the unsung heroes in William Tennent’s 24-6 win over Hatboro-Horsham, paving the way for the Panthers’ ground game that ran for 291 yards.
