Player of the Week

Kevin Etkin, Upper Dublin – The senior quarterback played a starring role in Upper Dublin’s 37-34 come-from-behind win over Quakertown. Etkin engineered a game-winning drive the length of the field in the final 64 seconds. The Cardinals, who led 28-7 early in the third quarter, found themselves on the short end of 34-31 score after the Panthers scored with 1:04 remaining. With the ball on the four-yard line and down to their final play, the Cardinals went for the win instead of the tying field goal, and Etkin connected with Eric Berman for the touchdown and the electrifying win. Etkin finished the game 12-for-22 for 238 yards and four touchdown passes, none bigger than the walk-off TD pass to Berman.
