The scoop: As a junior, Kate was recognized as the Most Improved Swimmer, Varsity A Athlete of the Month, Coaches Award winner and the Wendy Garbutt Award winner. As a senior, Kate earned team MVP honors.

Coach Joe Lennon says: “Kate is someone that has pushed herself perhaps more than most of the swimmers that I’ve coached over the years. Her work ethic is tremendous. This is going to serve her well in life. That’s what it comes down to – every year she got a little bit better, and here we are four years later, and she’s going to be swimming in college. We are going to miss her terribly.”
