On Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024, Central Bucks West senior Noah Miller was recognized for committing to continue his football career at Dickinson College.

Reasons for choosing Dickinson: “Number one, it’s fairly close to home – only 2 ½ hours. That’s one of the main things I was really working for. Academically, I think it’s just the best fit for me. I wanted to use football as leverage for the best academic opportunity, and I think that’s what I got with Dickinson.”
What was the progression that led you to competing in football at the collegiate level? “I started thinking about it probably junior year. Freshman and sophomore year I was actually considering quitting football, and I was very much – ‘I don’t know if I want to do this. Maybe I’ll go a different route.’ But I’m going to be playing football in college. It’s the sport I truly love. I’m very thankful that I decided to make that decision.”
Central Bucks West coach Rob Rowan: “Noah committed to Dickinson very early in the process, which doesn’t surprise me because he’s so thorough in everything he does. He really did his homework in regard to what was going to be the right fit for him. When he told me he was going to be going to Dickinson, I knew that it was the right fit. I couldn’t be more thrilled for him. He’s earned it. They’re going to take him as a hybrid athlete, and they’ll put him in the right spot. That’s the unique thing about Noah – he played quarterback for us because that’s what we needed him to play, but he would have been our best wide receiver. He would have been our best wherever you put him. It just speaks to who he is and what kind of player he is. He was just the epitome of what a leader of the program should look like on and off the field. Who he is off the field is more impressive than who he was on the field, but you combine that together, and you get a really special player.
