What will you major in/study? Pre-Law

Why did you choose the school? "Stevenson University has a perfect blend of athletic prestige, as well as overall academic excellence. The location of Baltimore has always been a place of interest to me, so it was a pretty easy choice. When I went up for my visit, the guys on the team welcomed me with open arms. Coach (Paul) Cantabene and Coach (Tim) Puls were very excited about having me and I really enjoyed their coaching style/technique. Also, my step-brother (Dom DeFazio) is currently a sophomore at SU, and the thought of playing with him for the next few years brings back nostalgic memories of high school lacrosse. Overall, I believe Stevenson was a perfect fit for me and I cannot wait to start working as a Mustang."

What are your thoughts on reaching 1,000 career saves and who do you credit for helping you reach the milestone? "Knowing that not many people have accomplished this goal, it is one of my greatest accomplishments in my lacrosse career. Although it is assumed to be a personal achievement, this could never be accomplished without my teammates. The past four years have been the best years of my life, and I will never forget some of the experiences I had with them. For that, I thank you."

Other comments: "Most importantly, I would like to thank my family for always being there for me. Both of my brothers were my biggest fans, always having a smile on their faces after every game, no matter the performance. Special shoutout to my father and stepmother for all of the behind-the-stage work to my lacrosse career. Whether it was giving me rides up and down the east coast, or shelling out money for new equipment, they were always responsible for the 'dirty work' that no one truly appreciated that made me the player I am today. For that, I thank you and I cannot wait to make you guys proud at the next level. Next, I would like to thank the entire LB3 organization for putting me in the best situation to succeed. Coach (JP) Banks has become a great mentor for me and has helped me out throughout my career. Coach (Kevin) Banks really helped me fine-tune my lacrosse game between-the-pipes, which made for drastic improvements. Old Man Banks really taught me some major lessons in lacrosse, as well as life. Finally, Coach (Jim) Beury really put me in the eyes of the premier lacrosse programs and is partially responsible for me getting the offers I was given. I truly appreciate everything you guys have done for me. Coach (Liam) Banks has really helped me out with recruiting and providing me with maximum exposure to top-tier talent.

"Next, I would like to thank Coach (John) Kurek for really helping me throughout my tenure at Hatboro-Horsham. If I ever had an issue, on or off the field, he was always there for me. Coach (Josh) Wilkocz is responsible for getting me in premier shape, which really transformed my game my senior year. Coach (Gauntlet) Walker has been a great defensive coach for the past six years, and he always kept me with a smile on my face. The past few years have been great, and I cannot imagine it with any better staff. I would like to thank Bob Erwine, who really introduced me to the sport of lacrosse and has always been helping me out through the journey.

"I would like to thank my friends and teammates for always keeping me laughing and having fun. Lastly, I would like to thank the Stevenson University coaching staff for giving me this opportunity and I cannot wait to put on the green and white as a Mustang."
