Steven George – The College of New Jersey (Football)
Major: Criminology
Reasons for choosing TCNJ: “Its highly ranked Criminology program, its close proximity, and its football program.”
What was the progression that led you to competing in football at the collegiate level? “I started thinking about playing football in college during my junior year. TCNJ visited Pennridge during the spring, and the recruiting process started and lasted throughout my senior year. After visiting the school for myself a few times, I thought TCNJ was the best choice for me academically and athletically.”
Coach Cody Muller says: “Steven has a tremendously high ceiling. He’s a kid that has a ton of potential. I think he’s going to do really well at TCNJ. He played defensive tackle for us this past year and really did a good job for us when he was in there, locking down the middle. He’s a smart kid, does well in the classroom, and he’s just an awesome kid. I’m really happy to see him make the next step. Steven and Alex are two good kids. I’m proud of them. They work hard.”

Alex Lelii – King’s College (Football)
Major: Business
Reasons for choosing King’s College: “I felt it was the best for post-college life.”
What was the progression that led you to playing football at the collegiate level? “After playing football all my life, I felt I needed to finish it out.”
Coach Cody Muller says: “Alex was a kid that has been our kicker for the past two-and-a-half years. He finally took the next step to be a starter for us on defense senior year. He was an outside linebacker, and he stepped up and filled a huge role, especially when Shane Hartzell went down. We were looking for guys on defense to step up and be leaders. Alex was a senior who really rose to the occasion and did a great job for us game in and game out. He made some really big plays out there. He ended up being one of the most surprising guys in terms of being on the field. He’s an awesome kid.”
