TJ HIbsman – Thomas Jefferson University (Soccer)

Major: Business

Final list of colleges:  Thomas Jefferson, Franklin & Marshall, West Chester

Reasons for choosing Thomas Jefferson:  “I knew all the coaches, and I felt like the team would be a great fit for me.”

Coach Matt Benner says:  “TJ is a great kid, and he’ll do great things when he goes on to college. I know he’s stepping into a college program where he’s very familiar with the coaching staff and feels like he’s got a chance to make an impact right away. Based on his skill set and the amount of work he put into our program over four years, I’m sure he’ll do that.

“TJ is a very dynamic attacking player. He makes really, really good runs off the ball, and he has a real good instinct about where to pop up in the box, and when he gets there, he normally finishes the ball with either foot. He’s a guy that was a very difficult matchup for teams because he could play up top, he could play out on the wing, and he was always looking to take players on and get to the end line. He’s definitely a guy we’re going to miss, but I wish him all the best next year.”
