On Thursday, May 26, 2022, North Penn senior Anna Fiore was recognized for committing to continue her soccer career at Pace University.

Reasons for choosing Pace: “I chose Pace because I like how it’s in New York City, and I really like the coaches and the environment.”
Coach Mike Rio says: “Anna has been our starting goalie for four years. She’s been a rock for the team. Just her growth over her four years has been phenomenal from a shy, quiet girl to one of the best leaders on the team that we’ve had in all my time here. She is going to be irreplaceable. Just from a skill perspective, we haven’t had a goalie like her in all the years I’ve been here, and definitely from a leadership perspective as well, always rallying the girls, always leading by example. She is definitely one of the top players I’ve had the pleasure to coach in my time here and will be sorely missed, but I expect she will do great things at Pace.”
