My defense did a nice job protecting the 8 meter, especially when we were player down a couple times. Maddie Brown did an excellent job helping us transition the ball from defense to offense all night.
CB East never gave up. They worked hard, and were tough to get the ball from off the draw.
Just happy we finally won one of these close games.

Summary:
Tough loss for us today, but it was a great day celebrating our seniors. Sierra Buesing, Carolyn Chung, and Savannah Jagoda are awesome leaders on defense. Lauren Boylan, Sammy Kishel, and Ava Delfini led our attack with composure and heart. All six of our seniors will be missed.
North Penn came out hot and consistently had a one to two goal led, but we fought. Savannah Jagoda had a standout game defending on of their top scorers. Abby DiAmico also made key saves for us throughout the game. Our defense was awesome, they worked together, communicated, and slid. The game came down to Ava Delfini getting a ground ball at the top of the 30. She threw the ball to Paige Keller, who was driving intensely to net, when suddenly the whistle blew, one of our attackers was called for a push. The ball went back to North Penn, and they handled the ball and won the game.
I am so proud of my team, and I know they will continue to grow.
