In the opening round of the PIAA DISTRICT ONE BASEBALL PLAYOFFS, it was a pitcher’s duel for the first 3 innings until Souderton finally broke through in the 4th with a double by Ethan Warner(’23), followed by a Joey Crecca(’23) single to take the lead. Souderton would continue the pressure, adding 3 more runs. On the mound, the pitching combo of Fallon/Lutz never let up on Ridley allowing no runs on 4 hits with the defense again committing no errors and looking sharp. Souderton had 9 hits including 2 each by Crecca, Pollock, and Warner. The Indians advance to the next round against Plymouth Whitemarsh, Wednesday May 24th.
