On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, Central Bucks South senior Reese Levinson was recognized for committing to continue his lacrosse career at Elizabethtown College.

Reasons for choosing Elizabethtown: “I liked the location – it’s close enough where I can come home, but it’s also far away enough – I don’t feel like I’m at home. I also really like the coaching and the players on the team. Sean (Rieber) possibly going there was also pretty big for me.”
What was the progression that led you to competing in lacrosse at the collegiate level? “I think I always knew I wanted to play in college. Eighth or ninth grade is when the club coaches start talking about recruiting, and you start talking to coaches.
Coach Mike Strayline says: “Reese really grew into his role as a leader the past season. He’s always had the talent and exceeded my expectation as a player and a person on and off the field. He’s one of the most coachable players I have had the pleasure to coach. Replacing him will be difficult, but he left an impression on our younger players and that should go a long way.”
