On Thursday, May 16, 2024, Hatboro-Horsham senior Vaughn Craig was recognized for committing to continue his basketball career at Cheyney University.

Reasons for choosing Cheyney: “When I visited, I met with the coaches – they talked with me and walked me through the whole school. The campus is nice, and they were the first school that actually wanted me
there, and they offered me. The coaches came to the PW game, and they talked to me after the game.
What was the progression that led you to competing in basketball at the collegiate level? “I wasn’t sure if I wanted to play in college, but when I saw the opportunity, I took it and decided to commit.”
Coach Josh Meyer says: “Vaughn was a leader of our team. He brought his hard hat every time to practice and games. He was always a dependable and reliable player. I knew that when we had Vaughn on the court ,we were going to get 100 percent effort from start to finish.”
