Owls came out a little slow to start, but then erupted for 5 goals in the last 3 quarters. Abby Kazimer started the scoring off with her first varsity goal. Ave Hood got the second with an assist from Giuliana Pasquarella. Chloe Masciantonio scored shortly after, with a beautiful run and set up by center midfielder Pasquarella. Then Pasquarella scored on her own just 9 minutes later. Freshman forward Kylie Blank finished off the scoring for Bensalem with her first varsity goal minutes later. William Tennent got on the board with a goal with 39 seconds left to play.
Senior goaltenders Brianna Swanson and Emily Adams, along with a strong defensive front of Casey Bush, Maggie McLaughlin, Paige Schiefer and Liv Cervantes kept the Panthers off the board until the final minute. The midfield had a solid performance from freshman Paige Dando, McKenna White, Shrina Patel, and Makayla Dunkin, along with a one goal , two assist day by Giuliana Pasquarella. There was also a very solid effort from sophomore Veronica Lennon who controlled the middle of the field.
We also had two great performances with outstanding runs up the outside from Mollie Reilly and Erin Lendzinski.
