Lower Moreland won their third in a row with a 2-0 decision against neighboring Upper Moreland this afternoon. Mady Rossiter scored the game's first goal in the 4th with Skylar Lowry sealing the win with a goal 5 minutes later. It was a well played game by all of Lower Moreland's athletes. We moved the ball well, were successful with defending their free hits with a solid wall, and our defense led by goalie Jordyn MacPhee shut them down inside the circle. The forwards and mids are really moving the ball and getting into the circle. We had 18 offensive corners today with at least one shot on goal in each one. Upper Moreland's goalie really had a good game. She had some tremendous saves.
