Trevor Fuhs, Pennridge – The senior linebacker was a catalyst on both sides of the football in Pennridge’s 18-13 win over Pennsbury. Fuhs shared the team lead with 14 tackles – 2.5 tackles for loss. He also sees action at tight end and was on the receiving end of a 12-yard touchdown pass from Noah Keating that gave the Rams an 11-7 lead early in the third quarter. Pennridge never trailed the rest of the way. A week earlier, Fuhs - the Rams’ leading tackler for the season - had a team-high 13 tackles in Pennridge’s shutout win over Harry S Truman.

Offensive Player of the Week
Caiden Leszczynski, Plymouth Whitemarsh – The Colonials’ senior quarterback turned in an impressive showing in Plymouth Whitemarsh’s 20-18 loss to Manheim Township. The defending District 3 champion and state semifinalist Blue Streaks had allowed just an average of eight points through three wins entering Friday’s game at PW. Leszczysnki threw for 194 yards and two touchdowns. His 60-yard pass to Mike Bonard set up a 25-yard touchdown pass to Kevin Hegerty that gave the Colonials an 18-17 lead late in the fourth quarter. The Blue Streaks came back to score a field goal in the game’s closing minute for the win.

Defensive Player of the Week
Ryan Rowe, Pennridge – The junior joined forces with Trevor Fuhs to anchor a formidable linebacker corps, and Rowe shared the team lead in tackles with 14 in Pennridge’s 18-13 win over Pennsbury. He also had 2.5 tackles for loss. Rowe also plays running back and contributed 24 rushing yards.
Sterling Limo Honor Roll:
Gavin Carroll, Quakertown – The senior running back returned to the lineup after being sidelined a week earlier and made his presence felt in Quakertown’s 49-21 win over Bensalem, leading the Panthers with 173 yards and three touchdowns on 24 carries.
Josiah Coleman, North Penn – The senior running back finished a big night with 145 yards and one touchdown on 14 carries in North Penn’s 37-7 win over Neshaminy. A highlight of the game was Coleman’s 89-yard touchdown run, which came on the heels of a 90-yard TD run a week earlier in the Knights’ win over Quakertown.
Luke Foley, Hatboro-Horsham – The senior running back had another huge game in Hatboro-Horsham’s 35-20 win over Upper Darby, leading the Hatters with 168 yards and three touchdowns.
Kevin Hegerty, Plymouth Whitemarsh – The senior linebacker was difference maker on defense in Plymouth Whitemarsh’s 20-18 loss to District 3 powerhouse Manheim Township. Hegerty led PW with 11 tackles, two tackles for loss.
Jadon Joseph, Plymouth Whitemarsh – The senior was a force on the defensive line in Plymouth Whitemarsh’s 20-18 loss to Manheim Township, contributing seven tackles and one sack.
Noah Keating, Pennridge – The junior quarterback completed 9 of 14 passes for 152 yards and two touchdowns in Pennridge’s 18-13 win over Pennsbury.
Aidan Mayfield, Bensalem – The junior running back had another huge performance in Bensalem’s 49-21 loss to Quakertown, accounting for all three touchdowns and finishing with 215 rushing yards.
Vince Morelli, Central Bucks West – The senior contributed three touchdowns in Central Bucks West’s 38-6 win over Abington – one receiving, one rushing and one punt return for a touchdown.
Shane Myers, Council Rock South – The junior running back ran for three touchdowns in Council Rock South’s 29-28 come-from-behind win over Cheltenham.
Owen Pinkerton, Central Bucks South – The senior quarterback was once again the catalyst in Central Bucks South’s 34-15 win over Central Bucks East, completing five passes for 113 yards and a touchdown and rushing for 175 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries. Pinkerton averaged 12.5 yards per carry.
Nolan Pounds, Wissahickon – The senior quarterback threw for 180 yards and three touchdowns in Wissahickon’s 42-14 win over Sun Valley.
Ron Shepherd, Upper Dublin – The senior running back had 109 yards and three touchdowns on 13 carries in Upper Dublin’s 42-7 win over Council Rock North.
Chase Smith, Plymouth Whitemarsh – The senior wide receiver had three receptions for 78 yards and one touchdown in Plymouth Whitemarsh’s 20-18 loss to Manheim Township.
Ben Walsh, Souderton – The junior quarterback completed 14 of 18 passes for 167 yards and a touchdown in Souderton’s 38-0 win over Harry S Truman. He also rushed for two touchdowns.
