PW walked away with a 3 set victory (26-24, 25-17, 26-24) but that doesn't tell just how close New Hope was to taking a couple of those sets and extending the match. The teams played in a PINK OUT match to honor those who suffer from Breast Cancer, those who have beaten it and those who have unfortunately lost their battle with the disease. New Hope hosted a wonderful event and we were glad to be a part of it. We know that a match with New Hope will always be a battle and tonight was no different. PW was led by Amanda Busk 12 kills, Marissa Storti 6 kills and Eliza Meersman 4 kills. Giuliana Storti led the defense with 17 digs and 6 aces, Chloe Esslinger had 8 digs and Brooke Peduzzi ended the evening with 8 digs and 9 assists. PW improves to 11-2 and will host Sprinfield Township HS on Tuesday as the team celebrates its 4 seniors.
