We knew going into the game that it was going to be a battle we have a 7 player rotation and two of them were out. CB South has good size and we were missing two of our best rebounders and they were able to take advantage of that. 47 of their 55 points were scored by their three bigs.

With that being said, we had the lead until about 3 minutes left in the half. They made a run and we weren;t able to overcame that deficit. We told the girls afterwards that we were happy with the effort, but we just need to eliminate some of our self inflicted wounds.

Props: Being shorthanded allowed us to get a longer look at Keira Huber, who came off of the bench to give us solid minutes. For the past two years Keira's been battling illness and injury. She such a great kids and did a nice job and took advantage of her opportunity tonight. We were happy for her.

More Props: We can't say enough great things about our 3 seniors. Dani and Bri get the headlines, but Nikki Sahl (playing soccer at East Stroudsburg next year) has always been high energy on defense. She's starting to contribute on offense and is the type of competitor that sets the tone for the rest of the team.
