The Colonials notched their second shutout of the season over the Ghosts. Julian Lucks turned away all 15 shots he faced while Daniel Guller (2g, 3a) led the attack with a five-point game. Teammate Cooper Ganze had a hand in four goals, scoring twice and assisting on two other goals.
Goals by Blake Ambler (Guller/Ganze assists) and Kanze (Guller assist) spotted the Colonials a 2-0 lead after one period.
In the second period, PW received one goal each from Kanze, Guller, Daniel Molony and Ryan Campbell to go on top 6-0.
Campbell and Guller each added a goal in the third period for the 8-0 final.

SPRINGFIELD 6, WISSAHICKON 5
Springfield won its second one-goal game in as many days on Thursday, this time edging Wissahickon when – with just two seconds remaining in regulation – Grayson Quinn found the net, using assists from Gabriel Wells and Owen Quinn. It was Grayson Quinn’s second game-winner in as many nights, and this one capped a remarkable comeback by Springfield, which trailed 5-4 with less than a minute on the scoreboard clock.
With 40 seconds remaining, Warman connected on his fourth goal – this one with assists from Owen Quinn and McManus, and just when it looked as though overtime was inevitable, Grayson Quinn found the net for the game-winner as time expired.
This one was tightly contested from the outset. Logan Honeycutt scored a power play goal just over three minutes into the game with assists from Logan Dicus and Benjamin Raebiger.
Springfield responded with three straight goals to close out the period. Grayson Quinn scored the equalizer with a John Barr assist, and then Kellen Warman scored back-to-back goals – the first a power play goal with assists from Gavin McManus and Grayson Quinn and the second a short-handed goal with an Owen Quinn assist.
Wissahickon’s Jack Raebiger erased that 3-1 lead with three straight goals of his own to open the second period. His first was a short-handed goal with a Joseph Gambino IV assist and then he scored an unassisted goal. He followed that with a power play goal that was assisted by Benjamin Raebiger and Honeycutt to put the Trojans on top 4-3. Not to be outdone, Warman scored his third goal with 1:44 remaining – this one on a power play with assists from Owen Quinn and Richard Belles to even the score 4-4.
Three minutes into the final period, Logan Dicus scored on the power play with assists from Honeycutt and Jack Raebiger, and Wissahickon had a lead that stood until the Spartans rallied in the game’s final minute.
Owen Quinn (4a) and Warman (4g) both had four-point games to lead Springfield. Jack Raebiger’s four-point game (3g, 1a) led Wissahickon.
James Sarsfield was credited with 27 saves in a contest that saw the Spartans hold a 39-32 advantage in shots.

Thursday, Jan. 30
CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 9, NESHAMINY 2
Alex Wilson’s three-goal, one-assist effort led a balanced attack in CB East’s win over Neshaminy at Hatfield Ice.
dJaden Young’s unassisted goal gave the Patriots an early lead, and less than two minutes later, Ryan DeMatteo scored the equalizer with a Sean Mooney assist. The rest of the period belonged to the Patriots, who reeled off three straight goals by Charlie Keiser, Patrick O’Brien (Wilson/Benjamin Dempsey assists) and Braedon Hahn (Samuel Gottesman assist).
East scored four unanswered goals in the second period to go on top 8-1 heading into the final period. Wilson accounted for three of those goals while Keiser scored a short-handed goal.
Midway through the third period Neshaminy’s Tyler Hathaway scored on a power play with assists from Mooney and DeMatteo. O’Brien scored his second goal with 5:12 remaining, using assists from Young and Hahn, to close out the scoring.
Cole Breen earned the win in goal, turning away 21 shots.

SOUDERTON 13, CENTRAL BUCKS WEST 3
Maxwell Ryon had himself a night, scoring eight goals and assisting on two others in Souderton’s mercy rule win over the Bucks. Teammate Nicholas Smith also had a busy night, finishing with two goals and five assists in a seven-point game.
Jackson Kelly put the Indians on the board with a goal assisted by Pierceson Egan just over five minutes into the game. Neither team scored until – with 5:23 remaining in the first period – Ryon scored with assists from Smith and Patrick Callahan.
A goal by West’s Zane Sanders (Jack Misoda/Anthony Dowd assists) made it a 2-1 game, but Souderton closed out the period with a pair of goals in the final minute to go on top 4-1 – the first goal by Smith with 45 seconds remaining (Matthew Cross assist) and the second by Cameron Fairweather (Ryon/Smith assists).
Four straight goals by Ryon to open the second period blew the game wide open. West’s Jack Misoda (Alex Korolev assist) broke Ryon’s personal tear, by Ryon answered with his sixth goal of the night, and then it was Smith scoring with a Ryon assist before Sanders connected on his second goal (Dowd assist) to make it an 8-3 game heading into the final period.
The Indians scored three goals in the opening seven minutes of the period to bring an early end to the game  - two by Ryon sandwiched around a Fairweather goal.

SPRINGFIELD 5, HATBORO-HORSHAM 4 (OT)
Grayson Quinn turned a Christopher Cahill pass into the game-winner with 2:06 remaining in overtime, propelling Springfield to the dramatic win. Quinn’s three-point game (1g, 2a) led a balanced scoring attack.
Early on, Nathan Nemchinov (Victor Wilkins/Vincent Graziani assists) scored a short-handed goal to give East a 1-0 lead. Ronan Klein’s power play goal with a Quinn assist evened the score, and when Owen Quinn connected on a power play goal with assists from Kellen Warman and Gabriel Wells, Springfield had a 2-1 lead after one period.
East’s Graziani (Joseph Mangin Jr assist) and Nemchinov (Evan Snow/Graziani assists) scored back-to-back goals to open the second period. Warman found the net with the equalizer with 7:50 remaining in the second, using assists from Wells and Thomas Manchester.
In the third period, Owen Quinn’s second power play of the game – this one with assists from Grayson Quinn and John Barr – gave Springfield a 4-3 lead. That lead held from the 14:11 mark until just 55 seconds remained in the period when Magnin (Nemchinov assist) scored on a power play to knot the score 4-4 at the end of regulation. That set the stage for Grayson Quinn’s OT game-winner.
Neither team generated a whole lot of offense in OT with Springfield holding a 4-2 advantage in shots.
James Sarsfield earned the win in goal, turning away 28 shots.

COUNCIL ROCK SOUTH 9, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 7
The Golden Hawks raced out of the gate to a 5-1 lead after one period, but any thoughts this one would be easy were put to rest in the second period when the Titans reeled off four straight goals to knot the score. The Hawks had an answer, going on to win their 14th game without a loss in league play, but the Titans didn’t go down quietly.
Jeremy Rayher (2g, 3a) and Jackson Mosley (2g, 3a) both had five-point games to lead the Hawks. Jake Weiner scored four goals to lead the Hawks.
In a first period that belonged to the Hawks, Weiner, Rayher and Mosley scored back-to-back-to-back goals to put the Hawks on top 3-0 less than seven minutes into the game. Jeffrey Kvecher’s unassisted goal broke the Hawks’ run, but Rayer and Weiner (Rayher/Mosley assists) answered with goals to put Rock South on top 5-1 after one. Weiner’s goal came on the power play.
The Tians answered with a run of their own to make it a 5-5 game six minutes into the second period. Sean Cutter scored a pair – the first with assists from Ryan Frey and Dominic Gibson and the second with assists from Joseph Slobodrian and Jamison Crouch. Peter Herring (Ryan Montagna assist) and Dominic Gibson (Cutter assist) each added a goal. Herring’s was on the power play.
Weiner (Jake Maurer assist) and Jordan Sarne (Rayher/Mosley assists) scored back-to-back goals to close out the period with Sarne’s on the power play to put the Hawks on top 7-5.
Weiner (Jonah Weston assist) opened the scoring in the third period with a short-handed goal, but Frey  answered with back-to-back goals for the Titans to make it an 8-7 game with 7:45 remaining. Mosely (Sarne assist) scored an insurance goal with 4:11 to give the Hawks their final margin of victory.
Trey Prozzillo earned the win in goal for the Hawks, turning away 31 shots in the shootout.

CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 5, PENNSBURY 3
Jaden Young scored three goals and assisted on another to lead the Patriots to the hard-fought win over the Falcons at Hatfield Ice.
Ethan Cenci opened the scoring for East, using a David Brown assist, and the Patriots led 2-0 after Benjamin Dempsey connected on a power play goal with 29 seconds remaining in the period, using assists from Young and Brown.
Kevin DeRosa put Pennsbury on the board with a goal in the second period, using a Christopher Sarver assist. Twenty-one seconds later, Young got that goal back with an assist from Gavin Widmer, and less than a minute later scored his second goal, this one with assists from Cenci and Vincent Fernandez.
Jacob Sarver’s power play goal with assists from Sarver and Francis DeLucia made it a 4-2 game after two periods.
Young’s unassisted goal in the opening minutes of the third period gave the Patriots a three-goal advantage before Shane Hicks scored with a Kevin DeRosa assist. Neither team scored the rest of the way.
Cole Breen earned the win in goal, turning away 15 shots.

Daniel Guller – in a standout individual effort - had a hand in seven goals, scoring twice and assisting on five in a seven-point game. The win was the Colonials’ 13th without a loss in SHSHL play.
PW led just 1-0 after the opening period, thanks to a goal midway through the period by Blake Ambler with assists from Guller and Cooper Kanze.
In the second period, PW added three more unanswered goals – one each from Ryan Jagher (Ryan Campbell assist), Jarrett Olenginski (Ambler assist) and Luke Smith.
That 4-0 lead grew to 6-0 early in the third period after goals by Ambler and Kanze. The Trojans got on the scoreboard when Link Matozzo scored with an assist from Jack Raebiger six minutes into the period. Kanze answered with a power play goal to give PW a 7-1 lead.
Matozzo scored his second goal of the game for Wissahickon, this one short-handed using a Joseph Gambino IV assist.
PW closed it out with three unanswered goals, one by Ambler and two by Guller.
Julian Lucks and Max Yoder combined for the win in goal, stopping 35 shots. Wissahickon’s Fletcher Lynch had 51 saves in a contest that saw PW hold a 61-37 advantage in shots.
