Quakertown hosted Upper Moreland on Alumni Field this Friday afternoon. Quakertown was scrappy all over the field, and worked together in the transition to end the first half with a 6-3 lead. Sophomore, Sunny Draper, was a key player in the midfield and tallied 4 goals for Quakertown. Freshman, Ellie Stanziola, had a hat-trick in today's matchup and worked well on both ends of the field. Junior, Casey Rosenberger, had 2 goals and multiple caused turnovers on defense and throughout the midfield. Maddie Taylor, a Senior Captain for Quakertown, pushed the pace of the game on both ends of the field and tallied 1 goal. Quakertown's's Senior Goalie, Cassidy Lamont, was a crucial aspect of our defense and continues to set Quakertown up for successful clears with multiple saves on the day. Upper Moreland ended the game with 12 goals, and Quakertown 10.
