SOL American Conference

WISSAHICKON 3, QUAKERTOWN 0 (25-13, 25-19, 25-22)

The Panthers of Quakertown visited the Wissahickon Trojans on Monday for their first meeting of the year.  The Trojans featured a balanced attack and took the first set 25-13.  The Panthers tightened up their play but dropped the next 2 sets 25-19 and 25-22.
Freshman Noah Chung saw his first varsity action and contributed 3 kills and 1 block.  Junior Justin Pak added 4 kills, 2 blocks and 2 digs.  Aiden Robinson had another great all-around performance with 10 kills, 1 ace, 8 blocks and 2 digs.  Reed Harris had 11 kills, 10 assists, 2 blocks, 3 digs and 1 ace. Nate Oh dished out 25 assists to go along with 1 kill and 5 digs.  Colin Ramos had 6 kills, 1 block and 1 dig.  Junior Dean Bowers had 4 kills and 1 block. Jonas Sabia had 7 kills, and 1 block.

UPPER DUBLIN 3, SOUDERTON 2 (17-25, 25-18, 18-25, 25-21, 15-13)
The Flying Cards won a grueling five-set match as the two teams spent the match taking turns winning sets.
By the numbers: Upper Dublin: Charlie Watt (8 kills, 1 assist, 3 digs, 2 blocks), Potter Rudl (5 kills, 2 digs, 3 blocks), Scott Barenbaum: (2 kills, 2 aces, 44 assists, 20 digs, 1 block), Seamus Frayne: (25 kills, 1 ace, 11 digs, 3 blocks), Michael Loose: (1 ace, 16 digs), Gianmarco Bartolotti (3 kills, 2 digs), Ryan Stokes (3 kills, 4 digs)
Souderton: Derek Stefanowicz (33 kills, 2 blocks), Gabe Williams (53 assists, 3 digs and eight digs. Connor Aasile led the defense with 19 digs and one ace.

NORTH PENN 3, CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 1 (22-25, 25-22, 25-11, 29-27)
The Knights dropped the first set and then won the next two. They trailed by seven in the fourth set but fought back to eke out the win.

Max Reilly led the offense with 16 kills, 3 aces, one block, and 9 digs. Kyle Park (10 kills, 2 blocks, 4 digs), Shane McElroy (10 kills, 3 blocks), Connor Notte (5 kills, one block, 8 digs), Luca Dalla Costa led the middles with 4 kills, 4 blocks. Rajan Bhagat added one kill and 3 blocks Bo Schulze also played a key role on the net with one kill and 4 blocks. Prithvi Patel anchored the defense with 20 digs Adam Lerner pitched in one ace and one dig. Daniel Oh fueled the team with 31 assists, 2 kills, and 7 digs. Sam Kim added 10 assists Luke Giza contributed 5 assists, one kill, 3 aces, and 2 digs.

PENNRIDGE 3, CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 0
The Rams earned a sweep of the Patriots to earn their fifth win in six matches.

The Redskins remained perfect with a four-set win over the Golden Hawks.
