UPPER DUBLIN 3, WISSAHICKON 2
The Flying Cardinals won a tightly contested five-set match.
“We received contributions from everyone,” UD coach Paul Choi said. “It was a great match all around.”

The Knights were led at the net by Max Reilly’s 13 kills in their sweep of the Bucks.

SOUDERTON 3, CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 0 (25-18, 25-14, 25-17)
Souderton took care business Friday beating CB East in three straight sets. Like usual, Derek Stefanowicz led the Indians high powered offense with 18 kills while only committing three hitting errors. Gabe Williams continued to dish out the assists, racking up 26 total while adding an ace and two digs. Colton Musselman and Connor Basil led the defense with eight digs each.

CENTRAL BUCKS SOUTH 3, QUAKERTOWN 0
The Titans earned a sweep of the Panthers in conference play Friday.

BENSALEM 3, DOWNINGTOWN WEST 0
The Owls earned a sweep of the visiting Whippets. They were led by Roman Walsh (13 kills 5 digs 6 aces) and Shivam Patel (9 kills 2 aces).
Veer Patel surpassed 2000 assists tonight as well. He finished the game with (32 assists 5 aces 1 kill). 
“Veer’s been the heartbeat of our team for the last four years,” Bensalem coach Ricky Patel said. “He’s been steady and reliable when we needed him. He’s a big reason why we have been so successful in recent years. We are lucky to have him.” 
Up next: Bensalem (7-6, 3-4 SOL) will travel to Abington for a non-league match Monday.
