CENTRAL BUCKS EAST 5, NORTH PENN 2
Ben Snyder made 14 saves and was supported by a defensive effort that collected 33 ground balls and caused 13 turnovers as Central Bucks East topped North Penn 5-2 in a defensive battle between National Conference opponents.
Following a scoreless first quarter, North Penn scored twice in the second quarter to take a 2-1 lead into halftime. But the Patriots held the Knights scoreless in the second half while finding the net 4 times to earn the victory.
Thomas Williams led the Patriots with 2 goals. David Brown provided a strong defensive effort with 5 ground balls and 4 caused turnovers.

Upper Dublin remained undefeated in American Conference play, turning aside Upper Moreland 13-4 in Monday’s matchup. Matthew Shohen led the Cardinals with 7 points on 4 goals and 3 assists. Michael Pileggi added a hat trick for Upper Dublin, while Ben Shervin made 6 saves to earn the win in net.

Central Bucks South put together a well-rounded effort in Monday’s nonleague game at Abington and came away with an 11-5 victory. The Titans held Abington scoreless in the first half while building a 5-0 lead heading into halftime.
Alex Fessler led the Titans with 3 goals and 2 assists, while Luke Sidwar added a hat trick for South.

Souderton led 6-2 at halftime and cruised to a 12-7 victory over Plymouth Whitemarsh in Monday’s nonleague game.
Owen Kleppinger’s seven-point game led the Indians and included four goals and three assists. Ty Sauerwald added three goals and three assists.
Souderton’s Peyton Bannak was dominant at the face-off X, winning 20 of 23 face-offs. He also had nine ground balls.
Souderton goalie Andrew Rivera was credited with nine saves.
Jack Cooper led the Colonials with 3 goals and 2 assists.

Pennsbury overcame a 2-goal deficit after one quarter to go into halftime with a 6-4 lead but found itself deadlocked heading into the final period when the Falcons pulled out a thrilling 9-8 victory on Monday.
After Pennington took an 8-7 lead in the fourth quarter, the Falcons responded when Trent Becker scored his second of the game off an assist from Jake Kalinowski.
John Curtis’ fifth goal of the game held up as the game-winner, scored with about 4 minutes left in the game. Curtis added 1 assist, while Jaden Beach made 10 huge saves to earn the victory in the cage.

Luke Flannery did a great job for us at the faceoff X today with Chris Sarver getting key ground balls late. John Curtis had the game-winner with about 4 minutes left after some good ball movement by the offense to get their defense out of position. This was a great team effort to pull out the win.”

Anderson Kirby turned aside 6 shots and posted the rare shutout as Hatboro-Horsham posted a 12-0 blanking of nonleague opponent Archbishop Wood on Monday.
Kirby was supported by the stellar faceoff work from Shane Phillips (8-of-9 faceoffs) and Thomas Gartland (4-of-5), while Victor Wikins led the attack with 3 goals and 1 assist.

Central Bucks West held tough for one half against a strong Penncrest squad, taking a 4-4 deadlock into halftime. But Penncrest outscored the Bucks 7-0 after the break to pull away and hand the visiting Bucks 11-4 defeat in a non-league contest on Monday.
Luke Fisher led the Bucks with 2 goals.
