The Falcons fought hard in Pool Play taking first with a record of 8-0. Finishing in second in the pool behind the Falcons was state power North Allegheny with a record of 6-2.

- Pennsbury VS. Dallastown (25-13 W, 25-10 W)
- Pennsbury VS. Conestoga Valley (25-21 W, 25-17 W)
- Pennsbury VS. Chambersburg (25-18 W, 25-17 W)
- Pennsbury VS. North Allegheny (27-26 W, 25-19 W)
In the first Round of the Playoffs the Falcons were matched up against Penn Hills and were able to pull off a 25-20 victory dispite suffering a huge loss in their starting lineup when starting middle hitter Adam Flick suffered a mild knee injury and could not continue in the tournament.
In the quarter finals the Falcons fought through the adversity to down Hempfield 25-23 in a one game playoff.
In the semi-finals Northeastern proved to be too much for the Falcon squad to overcome losing the one game playoff 25-18. Later in the finals, Northeastern was dropped in 3 games by North Allegheny 25-22, 19-25, 12-15.
Overall, another good showing for the Falcons against many of the potential PIAA playoff teams.
