In a press release issued July 16, 2010, Council Rock North – pending board approval – announced that Matt Schram will be the school’s new varsity baseball coach. Schram brings over 10 years of coaching experience to the position.
Most recently, Schram was the head coach at New Hope Solebury High School, a position he held since 2006. From 2003-05, Schram was the assistant coach at Council Rock South High School. Prior to that, he was an assistant coach at Plymouth Whitemarsh.
“Coach Schram is a valued and respected member of the Council Rock family,” the press release said. “His ability to work with kids is a great addition to the rich tradition of our baseball program.”
Schram is a special education teacher and Dean of Students at Council Rock North.
