Outlook:
“Leadership from Alex Smith, Emily Croke and goalie Jess Scannapieco is vital. Laura Frankenfield and Jackie Hibbs provide intensity coming off their starting-varsity 9th grade year. With a few soccer players joining in the spring lacrosse season, we are very excited about the new dynamics of our team. The girls comment on how it’s odd to play and not see a Bossert hunting the ball down, but we have a few fresh faces ready to fill that role and more. We’ve been working hard in the off-season to create the best possible foundation for success this spring. One game at a time, we take nothing for granted.”
Fun fact:
“This team can play all-out intense and then switch to laughing hysterically at one of the girl’s jokes, then back to all-out intense. They’re really funny and make practice and coaching in general: FUN! New Assistant Coach and Wissahickon Alumni, Chelsea Rosiek, definitely adds to that fun atmosphere with her positive attitude and work ethic.”
