Strengths: This is the most athletic team I have had during my coaching career. We are fast and can play very physical. The offense has the ability to work well together as a unit. As a group we communicate well. The defense has a "blue collar" mentality that will keep us in games.
Question marks: Over half of the roster is made up of sophomores. We need our younger players to step up and make an impact. We lack a true "game changer" on offense that the program has had in each of its previous seasons. The ability of the offense to show that we have multiple scoring threats will play a key factor.
Overall outlook: This is a team that started five freshmen at the end of the 2010 season. They will now be counted on as sophomores. A few key juniors and seniors will step into leadership roles. We are young but experienced. The team will look to contend for a Suburban One crown.
