Last year’s record: 12-3-2 overall. 7 of 9 varsity starters qualified for the league championships. Cooley, Thorpe, and Coyle advance to District I Championships. Cooley and Thorpe advance to Eastern Regionals. Cooley named Co-Player of the Year in SOL National Conference; Thorpe named 1st Team All-League.
Notable losses: 4-year varsity starters Ben Cooley and Richard Thorpe. Cooley will play for the Penn Quakers this fall. The Ghosts take a hard knock losing these two SOL standouts.

Outlook: “Abington golf starts a new era this year after losing Ben Cooley and Rich Thorpe to graduation and sending seven players to the league tournament last year; however, with the top four starters having a combined 11 seasons of varsity seasoning, the Ghosts should remain competitive within the National Conference.”
