QUAKERTOWN GIRLS’ VOLLEYBALL PREVIEW 

Coach: Wendy Snyder (6thyear varsity) 11thwith Qtown

 JV Coach: Lisa Cravener

 Assistant Coaches: Andy Snyder,  Nicole Burke, Chris Glaunert

 Last year’s record: 7-5 SOL, 7-7 overall – first round in Districts lost to Strath Haven

 Notable Losess:  Sophie Wermke – S/Opp , Sarah “Boo” Hower – L

 Key returners: Geena Close – S/OPP - Sr, Anna Mease – OH- Sr., Adriana Rodriguez – L – Sr.

 Others to watch: Sophie Butler – M , Lydia O’Neal – M, Meghan Lopes –S/DS, Ava Haekler – OH

 Strengths: “Team has showed that they are willing to work hard to reach their goals as a team.  We have depth to our team for the first time in a long time.”

 Outlook: “We are looking to have another winning record this year.  Also looking to make Districts with a better ranking then last year.”
