Outlook: “Looking forward to 2011 season with optimism and determination. Our goal - districts. Our main goals are growing as a team, playing hard, perfecting their skills, working together toward the same outcome…to win games and have a blast doing it. As a coach, all I ever want to do is encourage them, teach the sport and let them know they are important. They matter to themselves and to others. This team is not just about volleyball. It’s about: becoming leaders, the dynamics of relationships, always having a positive word to say about your teammates, schoolwork, family life and just life. If these girls work hard and play with enthusiasm, I know they will achieve greatness.”
