Wissahickon's strong play was not enough to overcome host Upper Dublin's record setting day at LuLu CC as the Cardinals defeated the Trojans 193-194 keeping their American Conference Championship hopes still alive. In splitting their season series, each squad now has one Conference loss (the Trojan's hold the all important tie-break) and face a rematch with PW, Wissahickon away and Upper Dublin home, the results of which will determine who will wear the 2011 crown. Andrew Carber led the Cardinals from the one seed with a career low competitive round of 1-under par 34 followed by the squad's second and third seeds, Tom O'Brien and Jon Bebey, who shot 38 and 39, respectively. With Wissahickon holding a two shot lead with the final 2 pairings to finish, Harry Sykes was afforded "hero" status posting a 40 from the seventh seed to turn the match in Upper Dublin's favor. Jalen Griffin and Rishab Kumar turned in another stellar performance for the Trojan's scoring 35 and 38, respectively and Seniors Steve O'Donnell and Pete Walters each posting 40 helped to keep the match close.
