National Conference Millennium Administrators Highlighted Player
Alyssa Dumont – Senior at Council Rock North High School
Dumont has played just about every position for the Indians on both ends of the court this season. A dangerous scorer, the senior captain has also been a positive leader for first-year coach Liz Potash.
Note from the coach:
“Alyssa does such a good job – she’s such a good leader,” coach Liz Potash said. “She has been to pretty much everything since we started the second week in September. She was an easy shoo-in to pick as captain because she’s been so dedicated and she is such a good leader. She’s really positive with the girls. She does a great job, and she’s a really good kid on top of that.
“She’s really stepping into the role that we have built for her. I think in her mind she’s just a shooter, but she can go to the basket. She is very versatile on the floor. She can play anywhere from one through four. On the press, she knows every position, and on defense, she knows every position. She knows every position on offense because sometimes we need her to be (inside) and sometimes we need her at guard. She’s very versatile, and she’s smart. She knows every position on the floor.”

Continental Conference Millennium Administrators Highlighted Player
Jen Fabian – Senior at Central Bucks West High School
A four-year varsity player, Fabian is a captain and leader of a young West squad. She is averaging 12 points and 10 rebounds, leading the Bucks in both categories.
Note from the coaches:
“Jen has developed so much, and she’s turned into just a great young lady,” coach Terry Rakowsky said. “She’s been a good leader for us. She’s tough as nails. What almost was lost in our game against North Penn was that (Steph) Knauer didn’t score her sixth point until the fourth quarter, and Jen had her. Jen has been tough all summer, all fall, all winter on some of the best big kids we’ve seen. She’s playing defense, and she has a nice shot. She’s an all-around very good player. She can shoot the 15-18 foot jump shot, but she can post you up, which makes her dangerous.”
“Jen is a tough kid,” assistant coach Matt Bamford said. “When she wants to do something, there are very few that get in her way. I have coached Jen every year since she was in seventh grade – every school team, every travel team and every AAU team, and the thing I admire most is her commitment and dedication. She never once missed a practice, game or even a summer workout. No matter what the situation was, I could always rely on Jen to be there. People don’t know how much time she puts in behind the scenes, and I credit a lot of her success to her dedication and commitment to the game.”

American Conference Millennium Administrators Highlighted Player
Stephanie DiNolfi – Senior at Norristown Area High School
A three-year varsity player, DiNolfi is a two-year captain. The senior point guard is a leader both on and off for the Eagles. In addition to directing the offense, Di Nolfi is capable of putting points on the board.
Note from the coach:
“Stephanie is very coachable,” coach Ashlee Harrison said. “She pushes herself and challenges others to work harder every day. She sparks our defense with her infectious energy, and I can count on her to knock down a jump shot or get to the basket on offense. As our captain, Steph leads by example. She maintains over a 4.0 GPA off the court, and on the court, she’s been a consistent contributor commanding our offense. Steph worked very hard in the offseason, and I’m excited to watch her hard work pay off as she leads our team the rest of this season.”
About Stephanie:
Best memory playing basketball: Our recent win over PW in the George W. Snear Christmas Tournament. The game was a consistent battle, going back and forth exchanging baskets. Our team really rallied together after being down at the half and in the third quarter, and we played to Win! It was very exciting.
